Holiday rentals with a patio in Restinga da Marambaia

The location is perfect! I felt totally safe both in the region and inside the condominium. The room is the ideal size for resting. It has everything we need nearby. We had to contact Fabio, who was kind and promptly attended to us, solving the issue. Hope to be back soon!! It's worth it.

We loved the location right by the beach (not really a swimming beach as too agitated but very lovely nonetheless) and there is an excellent supermarket right there across the road. The flat has a wonderful view of the beach with the surfers, as well as of the very large and beautiful swimming pool. Worth noting that the pool is closed fully every Monday and on other days it's open from 9am to 7pm.

I really liked the place, everything cleaned up and the way it was in the listing Carlos and Jorge were very attentive when I needed to talk to them, I recommend and we will come back more often😊

Felipe is a very helpful host! City Hall has a lot of goodwill, kindness and quick response. I have lived moments that I will take to my entire life. Our stay was great, Monica was very requested from the first moment. We were surprised by a complimentary cake at checkin, a gesture of much kindness and affection from the hostess. The apartment is well clean, with a well integrated living room and kitchen, clean and well equipped. The rooms and bathtub are good. We had a great weekend in space!

The flat is delightful and matches the photos, as well as being easily accessible. Hosts have given all the necessary support. We love the place and we will definitely come back.

The apartment is well located, in a safe area, although very far from the busiest beaches. The sofa that works as a bed is very uncomfortable. There was a musty smell, perhaps due to little use lately. Beyond those details, highly recommended

It was our first time in Itaguaí. Vítor's accommodation was in the way of description, clean, organized, with good location and with great privacy. Vitor has been requested and attentive since the reservation. It indicated places we could visit, restaurants and everything else. The city is pleasant and has great energy. We are delighted and we will definitely come back more often. Atendimento 10!

It was an amazing weekend! For those who like a family atmosphere, tranquility, fishing and beach, you will love it. All very clean and organized. Mr. Luís is super helpful. One thing that caught my attention was having detergent, sponge and toilet paper in the bathroom. We often leave in a hurry and forget to buy and arrive at a house that the host has available is super valid. They were wonderful days and we will definitely be back. Amazing view!!! Not to mention the hammock to rest with a beautiful landscape! Congratulations, great house!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the property, a pastoral location, with a private dock, easy beach access and a beautiful view. We got the apartment fully equipped and tidy and the sofa that opens into a bed was an amazing bonus! Demetrius was available at all hours of the day- throughout the day he maintained the place, answered any questions, helped and was friendly and welcomed us with a smile!

Perfect environment! Extremely organized, clean and fragrant house. Clean sheets, clean cutlery and objects, and a surreal organization. Accessible and polite staff, we can easily get in touch when we need to. The only point of improvement, when we arrived our name was not released, it seems that it had been sent to another email, but we contacted Lucia and it was resolved quickly. We stayed in an apartment located in a quiet area, with concierge, swimming pool, gym and well organized and clean spaces. The location allowed us to explore other areas of Rio outside the typical, such as Barra de Tijuca, Grumari and Recreio, with beautiful, quieter and charming beaches ( we use uber) . There is public transport and locomotion options that make it easy to reach different points of interest, plus a supermarket a few blocks away with everything you need. The apartment is modern, comfortable, with air conditioning, electric grill and all the implements for a comfortable stay. Everything is spotless and just as described. A detail that I valued a lot is that the building has an option to recycle, which makes it easy to separate the waste from the same apartment. The communication with the host was always quick and friendly. I would definitely go back if I decide to go back to Rio, especially to this less saturated area than the classics like Copacabana.
