We were well received by the host, a place of easy access clean ,cozy apartment a lovely view the host is very proactive was a great tour I plan to return again and again.

Very nice apartment, it was clean and looked like the pictures. If you are planning on going to the beaches north of tijuca the metro will be your friend.

Our stay was great, Monica was very requested from the first moment. We were surprised by a complimentary cake at checkin, a gesture of much kindness and affection from the hostess. The apartment is well clean, with a well integrated living room and kitchen, clean and well equipped. The rooms and bathtub are good. We had a great weekend in space!

We were super pleased with our stay at Vania's apartment! The space is exactly as in the photos, clean, well cared for, cozy and super well located. Igor was a great host, he helped me with everything I needed. The house was clean and smelling! I went for work so we used the apartment for dinner and sleep, with great comfort and a useful kitchen. The optimal location for those who will work in Rio Centro. I always stay in this condominium and now I will always stay in Igor's apartment.

It was our first time in Itaguaí. Vítor's accommodation was in the way of description, clean, organized, with good location and with great privacy. Vitor has been requested and attentive since the reservation. It indicated places we could visit, restaurants and everything else. The city is pleasant and has great energy. It was an amazing weekend! For those who like a family atmosphere, tranquility, fishing and beach, you will love it. All very clean and organized. Mr. Luís is super helpful. One thing that caught my attention was having detergent, sponge and toilet paper in the bathroom. We often leave in a hurry and forget to buy and arrive at a house that the host has available is super valid. They were wonderful days and we will definitely be back. Amazing view!!! Not to mention the hammock to rest with a beautiful landscape! Congratulations, great house!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the property, a pastoral location, with a private dock, easy beach access and a beautiful view. We got the apartment fully equipped and tidy and the sofa that opens into a bed was an amazing bonus! Demetrius was available at all hours of the day- throughout the day he maintained the place, answered any questions, helped and was friendly and welcomed us with a smile!

The only point of improvement, when we arrived our name was not released, it seems that it had been sent to another email, but we contacted Lucia and it was resolved quickly. Great apartment, it has all the necessary utensils and appliances to prepare your meals. It provides bed and bath linen, a differential from other accommodations in the same region. The host Patrícia was very kind and proactive in all contacts, before and during the stay. Condominium with security and good structure for leisure. It is close to Conceição do Jacareí (2 km away), where we can find good shops to buy necessary things during the stay and to eat. Pharmacies and restaurants in this region deliver to the condominium. Anyway, it was a great cost benefit, returning to the region, I will stay in the apartment again.

We stayed in an apartment located in a quiet area, with concierge, swimming pool, gym and well organized and clean spaces. The location allowed us to explore other areas of Rio outside the typical, such as Barra de Tijuca, Grumari and Recreio, with beautiful, quieter and charming beaches ( we use uber) . There is public transport and locomotion options that make it easy to reach different points of interest, plus a supermarket a few blocks away with everything you need. The apartment is modern, comfortable, with air conditioning, electric grill and all the implements for a comfortable stay. Everything is spotless and just as described. A detail that I valued a lot is that the building has an option to recycle, which makes it easy to separate the waste from the same apartment. The communication with the host was always quick and friendly. I would definitely go back if I decide to go back to Rio, especially to this less saturated area than the classics like Copacabana.
