The apartment is very cute, comfortable and quiet. Easy to get to, there are parking lots a few meters away to store the car. Great location. The host is very friendly.

Our stay in Jor's apartment was excellent. The location is perfect for what we wanted to do, as we had planned a visit to the Teatro Colón. We used the garage next to the building, which was also very convenient for us. The apartment is carefully decorated, well equipped and very pleasant. We stayed from Friday afternoon to Sunday morning and it turned out to be very quiet. Jor has a magnificent treatment and was always attentive to my inquiries. Highly recommended.

Fran and his father Alberto were very responsive when I reached out to contact them. The location of the apartment in on Santa Fe avenue which is a rather busy street but at night the traffic slows down and I could not hear any noise from the street. The apartment is on the 5th floor (ground floor is 0). The location is excellent to reached cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, flower shops, bakery shops meat and produce stores. You can take the number 152 bus at the corner to go to Puerto Madero or La Boca. the main boulevard in BA, 9 de Julio is only 3 blocks to your right leaving the front door of the apartment building. Access to many locations can be reached by walking or taking a bus. The Sube car is a must. You can buy it at a convient store called 25 Horas. There is one at the airport. Don't use the ATM machines to get local currency. You can only get about $30 US dollars and they charge you $12 to get the maximum amount of 30,000 pesos. Go to Florida Ave to exchang

We had a great stay, Romina welcomed us, very nice and kind. The apartment is according to the ad, excellent location, very close to Florida Street, has several options of nearby restaurants, super quiet neighborhood. We like it very much. We adore Buenos Aires and the cordiality of the Argentines, a very polite and friendly people.

Absolutely in love with this place and how attentive David was with us! I will definitely come back and stay here. Close to everything and it has a beautiful view. Thank you so much for everything!

The apartment is well located near Metro bus and several interesting bars, restaurants and iconic places. Impeccable and clean. It is a rear facade with little natural light, but Laura and Alberto have made it cozy with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The building is being renovated, but it will surely be at the level of what Laura and Alberto's accommodation offers very soon. They represent the true spirit of Airbnb by being hosts who are there to welcome you and make you feel at home. I recommend it.

Carol is superb, she showed us how to get into her apartment and where everything was. Very responsive and helpful with tips. The apartment has been renovated and is in a vintage but elegant looking building. The bedrooms , bathrooms and kitchen have been renovated. Close to plenty of restaurants and things to do; very close to the metro so is easy to get around! For the light sleepers, make sure you bring blindfold; the huge windows in the balcony face a store that has a sign that stays on all night; but this was easy to overcome with the blindfold. I live the place, got the rest needed. I would gladly stay here when I come back to B.A.

Angel gave great instructions for check in and check out. The building is located in a central location that made it easy to walk to your activity, Sube station, or the store. Washer/ dryer is a great addition and worked well. The Sube card in the apt made it easy to get around the city, we just reloaded it and used it. The only drawback is that the walls are thin and you can hear conversations in the next apt over.

The apartment is beautiful, the hosts are always pending, willing to help; answer questions and provide solutions, our stay was incredible 100% recommended, we would definitely stay with them again.

The stay was excellent! The location is simply perfect, in a safe and super pleasant area…we were able to do a lot on foot, including visits to the best restaurants in the region, such as Don Julio, La Cabrera, Roldán, as well as being surrounded by beautiful parks. The apartment is well organized, with many utensils available and a full kitchen. I was happy to see that there was even an iron, something that is not always common. Host Cynthya was attentive from start to finish: she sent useful recommendations by wpp and always responded quickly. The 24-hour concierge gave us even more security, and that made all the difference. I would definitely stay in town again!

Great place to stay. In a really good neighborhood Palermo Hollywood, in walking distance of a lot of cool places. Also very safe neighborhood, and the 24/7 doorman was great. I would recommend this place!

A very comfortable and spacious apartment. It has an excellent kitchen that is a pleasure to use. The furniture is all very comfortable and of good quality. The bathroom is clean and a good size. The location is good, it is possible to walk to almost all the tourist spots of Buenos Aires. Recommended.
