The unique living room is a great place for comfort and relaxation. It has a sofa and three individual low sofas. Integrated in the same area is the dining room with a marble table and six comfortable, yet unique, chairs. A large kitchen, connected to the inner courtyard, will witness great treats. ( kitchen, dining room , bathroom, toilette and floores made of italian marble) A large library is part of the master bedroom, with a queen-size bed. In turn, the second bedroom also has queen-size bed and provides access to the inner courtyard. Excellent apartment with a nice design and very brightly lit. Located in the heart of Buenos Aires, it is close to the best restaurants, touristic sites and green areas. It has access to all means of transport (subway, train, Metrobus, bus lines) to get to any point in the city. It is 30 meters away from Plaza San Martin, 3 blocks from Puerto Madero and 100 meters from Florida Street. The bathroom and the kitchen are fully equipped and it has a comfortable working space as well.
