Naast een slaapkamer met grote smart TV, een keukentje en een badkamer, zijn er 2 grote houten terrassen, 1 met zijdelings zeezicht, een buitenbad en een buitendouche, alsook ligzetels en een elektrische bbq.

Charming countryside cottage of 80sqm completely renovated in 2022 and located in Zuidzande, 5min drive from the villages of Retranchement, Sluis and the beaches of Cadzand, as well as 15min drive from Knokke (Belgium). The house has 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a sofa-bed, 1 bathroom, 1 WC, living room and equipped kitchen. The house sits within the orchard of a private property, and has its own private entrance with parking for 2 cars, a private terrace and a South facing garden .

Let yourself be amazed by the nature, peace and quiet in the unique Meers Cabin, and all this in comfort. Wake up with a pristine wide view of the drowned meadows (Meersen) and fields; changing to the rhythm of the seasons. Enjoy the spectacle of the fluttering singing skylark, the happy chirping of swallows as night falls. Lie down on the jetty, get into the boat to just float on the natural pond. Walk, bike, swim or just do nothing.

This cottage is surrounded by woods. It's the ideal place to unwind and enjoy nature. It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.

In the quiet of a private garden, overlooking the polders, a country cottage, completely renovated, invites you to a stay in an authentic farmhouse: on the ground floor: a large kitchen, a living room with wood stove allowing you to see the fire, sofa bed and television; upstairs: a beautiful bedroom (1 large double bed or 2 single beds) and a shower room with toilet. The cottage is attached to a main house (separate building).

The apartment has a living area of +/- 90m2 and a private garden of 150m2 with terrace, trampoline and slide. Bedding packages & towels can be booked or brought with you.

Wegzakken in de 1000 tukkies stoel, jezelf verliezen in dat ene goede boek. Uitwaaien aan zee, koffie op bed of in het zonnetje in de tuin. Zilte zoenen en badderen tot je verschrompelt ❤️ Geschikt voor twee maar het huisje is ook een heerlijke plek om voor jezelf te boeken. De rust, het kleine gehuchtje, het gevoel van veiligheid…

'COOL' cottage, in the middle of the fields.

Dit kleine schuurtje op ons erf Hofstede de Boetselaer was vroeger een ‘KOEL’cel voor jonge aardappel planten. We hebben het omgebouwd tot een ‘COOL’huisje om te komen genieten tussen de akkers en aan de West Zeeuws Vlaamse kust. Met twee aparte badkamers een plus voor twee koppels/vrienden, gezin.
