Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Reykjavíkurborg

We loved the view and being just outside of the city. The apt. was super clean and comfortable, and parking was easy. Excellent stay!

The communication with Helga was very easy. The apartment was big and spacious and looked like the pictures. Big bathroom with everything you need (even laundry machine and dryer). 20min walk to the city center which is very doable as you walk along the shopping street. Just a shame that the windows were not really clean to enjoy the beautiful sunset from the apartment. Otherwise all was clean and good! Thanks for the nice stay. :)

We had an amazing stay at Jenny's apartment. Great location! Book with confidence, having an included car spot in the basement garage is a huge plus!

Lloyd and Raggis place was wonderful. We were sad to only be there 2 nights. Lots of space and we walked into the main centre both days so the location was great. Lloyd was very welcoming and extremely responsive when we had questions. It is part of their home but a completely separate section on a different level, so you don’t come into contact with anyone :) thanks for having us Lloyd and Raggi!

Unbeatable location! 5 min to bus stop 1 which is a key bus pick up location for all trips and tours-- including the airport for back home. Extremely clean and exactly as pictured. Comfortable beds too. Would recommend and stay again!

Svava's place was perfect for our first trip to Reykjavik. We loved the location, close to the cathedral, shopping and restaurants. Her directions about getting to the apartment and getting inside were complete and helpful. The apartment was clean and cosy, and had everything we needed. Svava helped us find a place to buy a small appliance we needed. One note: the floors coverings have concrete underneath. Since you'll be taking off your shoes inside, you may eant to bring slippers.

We enjoyed staying at Ragnar's place. It was exactly as pictured and was great for getting around to all the sites. Ragnar is very kind and helped us when we had something go wrong. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had what we needed and the bathroom was very big and clean.

Beautiful apartment with an excellent location, we enjoyed a great space with comfortable beds. Silla is very kind and her husband too, we were able to greet them both. If you have the chance to stay in this apartment, don't think twice.

Fabulous property and perfect for our family of five. Very comfortable, we felt right at home, loved the furnishings and cozy beds. The location was very convenient to making day trips, close to groceries, and an easy drive to downtown Reykjavik. Nice views from the balcony, super quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

We traveled with an infant and since no one was using the place the day before, Hildur allowed us to come straight from our flight! It was so incredibly nice of them and my daughter appreciated the opportunity to catch up on some sleep. Overall, the place is beautiful, spacious, and had an incredible review. Stay here just like home. Great area to live and very quiet. There are several supermarkets and restaurants around. Dagmar is very responsive and definitely a great host with very good taste for home!

A beautiful and peaceful place in a neighborhood of new construction, far enough away from the crowd and tourists downtown but close enough to get there in 20min by car when desired. Easy access to the Golden Circle. Was perfect for my family and having two bathrooms was particularly nice. Communication was always quick and excellent.

I recently stayed at this fantastic Airbnb. The location was ideal, just a short drive from the city center, offering easy access to local shops and restaurants. The vibrant neighborhood was peaceful, making us feel right at home. The property itself was a standout, featuring impressive amenities. The fully equipped kitchen made meal prep a joy, with modern appliances and ample cookware at our disposal. The stylish living space, complete with a cozy couch and high-quality entertainment system, was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Fast Wi-Fi ensured we stayed connected when needed. The host was incredibly responsive, providing excellent recommendations for local dining and attractions.

The apartment: beautifully designed, nicely furnished, efficient, and minimalist. It had everything we needed: cooking utensils, appliances, dishes, washer/dryer, and a handy air-drying rack (an eco-friendly touch we appreciated). The entertainment area was cozy with a comfy couch and large TV. The bed was a bit snug but still very comfortable. A great base for anyone visiting Reykjavík & Iceland for nature, comfort, and calm!

We stayed at Gunnar’s apartment for a week during our visit to Reykjavík. The location was good and pretty central to restaurants and attractions we wanted to visit. We did rent a car which made travel much easier and the parking was abundant and not too expensive. The apartment itself was clean overall although some areas had some dust. No complaints here, it wasn’t a big deal. Gunnar did advertise that the apartment house(d) two cats but as someone with cat allergies I had no problem with any fur or cat dander. FYI, across Iceland the hot water is heated geothermically which gives off a sulfur smell, so don’t be alarmed. Thanks Gunnar, for allowing us to stay at your apartment during the week! Ken + Jenn

The apartment was very spacious, clean, comfortable with a lovely view of the little harbor nearby. It provided my son and I with a base to explore many of Iceland's attractions using our car rental. Getting into the city takes about 12 minutes by car and around 45 minute by bus. We opted to cook at home since there's not a lot of restaurants nearby. Generally speaking this was a fantastic place to stay and made our whole week in Iceland stress free and relaxing. The apartment also has great water pressure and lots of warm water!

A perfect spot to crash and/or work with easy access to Reykjavik city and outlying areas. Would absolutely recommend and would look to stay again. Thank you!

During the entire planning phase Hanna was very quick to respond even up to a year prior to the actual stay. During our stay she was more than helpful with any and all questions or concerns that we had. Overall would definitely stay here again. Made the trip that much better.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a great amount of space for our family to spread out after so much plane and car time. Comfy couch, lots of table space, free of clutter, soft beds, nice bathroom, kind host, close to grocery store, it was just what we needed and a good price.

I cannot recommend this condo enough. This was a great place right outside of Reykjavík that allowed us to quickly go into town and provided a great jumping off point for our tours. The condo was welcoming and very clean - it is exactly how the photos and description describe it. The amenities were great, and the laundry was wonderful after long days. Also, Hannes was a phenomenal host. He allowed us to check in early because of an early morning flight, and was extremely responsive to any question I had. I cannot wait to return and rebook this condo. I cannot recommend it enough. Thank you Hannes for your hospitality!

It is a beautiful space, quiet, and feels just like home. The amenities were excellent and made our experience in Iceland that much better! Highly recommend!
