Home for a wedding, the holidays* or just the weekend*-book your stay in our spacious centrally located home away from home. Just 2 blocks from the Nursing Home/Hospital, Churches and Downtown. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath space offers all the amenities including laundry, full kitchen with separate large dining and living rooms. We look forward to hosting you. *Weekend & Holiday booking policy-2 night minimum if booking more than 2 weeks in advance. (Holidays-Easter, Thanksgiving & Christmas)

The 10-05 House

Make yourself at home in this cute and cozy property located on a quiet dead end street. Within walking distance to Elks pool and park. An affordable and quick Uber drive to explore all that downtown Grand Forks has to offer! Easy drive/Uber to events at UND. Close to Lincoln Golf Course. In the summer months enjoy cooking on either the propane grill or Traeger pellet smoker located on the deck. Relax in the evening by turning on the propane fire pit, also located on the deck.

Take in both nature and small town living, while appreciating the tranquility it offers.

Visit our historic 1890 train depot. It is an opportunity to enjoy a get away from city life. Our hope is that this is a place people can relax and enjoy natures beauty. The depot has 2 extraordinary rooms that are completely private but located on our farmstead separate from our main house. Here you can view occasional wildlife, our domestic animals and one of the best views North Dakota has to offer (in my opinion).

We offer a living/sitting area, a bedroom with queen bed, a trundle bed in the living area, and a bathroom with shower. There is a fire pit and a private concrete deck.

It takes 15-20 minutes to get to UND and the Ralph Englestead Arena (anywhere in town, really). Accommodations include a 1930's country house with antique decor and lots of yard space.
