Holiday rentals with breakfast in Rhode Island

We had a great stay!! After reading all the great reviews, our kids were excited to see what “treat” they would get…and Diane did not disappoint! She was also very responsive with any questions we had. 100% would stay there again!!

From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found a hidden gem. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and even more charming than the photos. Every detail—from the cozy linens to the fully stocked kitchen—showed how much care and thought went into creating a welcoming space. Our host was incredible: responsive, friendly, and genuinely invested in making our stay unforgettable. They provided great local recommendations and even left a thoughtful welcome gift that made us feel right at home. The location was ideal—peaceful and quiet, yet just minutes from great restaurants, shops, and sights. Waking up to the view from the balcony each morning felt like a dream. We didn’t want to leave and will absolutely be back. If you’re considering this place, don’t hesitate. It’s even better than you’re imagining!

Joan was an excellent host. Home is beautiful. Lots of space for a large family. Walkable to restaurants, clam shack, beach area. wonderful stay.

Mark was extremely responsive and any question or request that I made. Excellent to communicate with. We very much enjoyed using the backyard patio and his lobster pot with propane gas fuel for boiling our delicious Maine lobsters which we picked up just around the corner. Location was ideal for walking to restaurants and beautiful residential areas in the charming neighborhood. If you items need repair in the house, and general could use a little updating with linens, mattresses, and lighting. But for host, responsiveness, ideal, location, and backyard dining, you couldn’t ask for anything better.

I worked hard to feel like I was a good guest. Sarah told me I went above and beyond by the many cleaning tasks I undertook, triggered by my boyfriend getting cut by glass on his foot trying to fold towels. That does not take away from Sarah or the property as a whole, because I believe these were overlooked tasks by the cleaning crew and therefore maintenance staff were unaware of it. It was almost immaculate until I started realizing that it was not as as tip top as the standards of cleanliness at “Top down housekeeping”, who’s owner and staff are thorough, honest & flexible with pricing.

We had a great stay here at James’ property. Everything was as advertised and ran smoothly. James was very clear with all instructions and was responsive. Would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking to be close to Newport.

Carol's place in Pawtucket was absolutely wonderful for our family gathering during the Boston Marathon weekend. We had a few kids and several adults, and the house comfortably accommodated all of us. It truly felt like a home away from home. We especially appreciated having a spacious area for meals and cozy evenings playing board games. Carol has a fantastic selection – our entire family had a blast playing Apples to Apples. The location was also a huge plus for us. It was conveniently close to Hopkinton, making it easy to get dropped off for the Boston Marathon shuttles. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay, and it turned out to be one of the best family trips we've ever taken. We highly recommend Carol's house for families looking for a comfortable and well-equipped place to stay in the Pawtucket area.

The house was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Be aware there is not really a kitchen table with chairs, but an island with stools. This could be an issue for some people or those with small kids. The location was convenient to get to Newport or other small, cute restaurants nearby. A very nice stay.

We had a blast! The place was gorgeous. I couldn’t stop admiring all the art and color. Tara was such a great host, made us feel right at home. The outdoor area was perfect. The kids loved playing there during the day and my husband and I loved sitting out there at night. So peaceful and secluded. Would definitely recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is immaculate and cozy. The gardens are absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Suzanne and Dan are warm and welcoming. We hope to return soon! :)

We were so pleased with this place that we plan to go back again next summer. We've been telling our family and friends about our trip to Narragansett.

You have found the best option on AirBnB for a peaceful and relaxing stay by the Narragansett Bay! Bethany's home is spacious, gorgeous, and located in an excellent area for families, couples, and longer-term stays. The main bedroom is large and beautifully decorated. The remaining space includes a small studio with a desk, bathroom, a dining room with table and chairs, a sitting room with multiple sofas and a bed, a large and very well-equipped kitchen, and a lovely (enormous!) sunroom. These were more than enough space for the five of us, though two did sleep on the sofas. This spot is located conveniently between Newport, Providence, and Fall River, providing access to each city in easy driving distance and the chance to skip some traffic. Local restaurants are somewhat few, but liquor and grocery are very nearby. Bethany herself is a lovely and charming woman with a wealth of knowledge on the local area, a globetrotting past, and an eye for design and decor. We intend to return!

The perfect getaway/surf trip! Claude is so much more than your average Airbnb host: he is an amazing tour guide, he taught us the town history as well as showed us to the best surf spots nearby that we would’ve never found otherwise. Claude went out of his way to drive us to and from surf spots, and even dropped us off at the train station. Not to mention he made us coffee and muffins in the morning?! A joy to be around, Claude is everything you could want in an Airbnb host and more. I am so grateful to have stumbled soon his beautiful home, although the stay was short, it was so very sweet.

Jacks listing was exactly what myself and two friends were looking for in a weekend getaway. It was bright, sunny, very clean and the beds were comfy. The location is ideal if you’re looking for a quick walk to all the hot spots — Thames Street, Bowens Wharf and Washington Square were all walkable within minutes. I read prior reviews commenting on the parking and honestly, it wasn’t terrible. The street offers 1-2 hour parking from 9am-6pm. After 6pm you can leave your car overnight. We also utilized the public parking lot once, that was around the corner. $30 for overnight. Overall, our stay was amazing!

We had a wonderful stay here! Bethany was incredibly attentive and we actually got to meet her & chat while on the property. The location is great, just steps from the waterfront and walking distance to a local park. Very private & quiet area, and the unit came supplied with everything we could’ve needed. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Joan was very responsive. The Airbnb was clean, in a safe place, all amenities were available plus extras. It was walkable to Narragansett town. So much to do. Beaches, shopping, restaurants. It was a great trip!

We had a lovely two nights at Jeffrey and Christine's place. We did not want to stay at a hotel and this was the perfect home and location for our travels. The meticulous care and thoughtfulness that went into preparing for guests was very apparent and the addition of a light breakfast and snacks made it feel like we were transported away to a countryside manor home in England... We were lucky to have a nice chat with Christine who filled us in on some local history and Jeffrey's furniture making craftsmanship is unsurpassed. Highly recommend.

It would be difficult to find a more gracious hostess than Patricia, or a lovelier accommodation than the Thames Street B&B. Located just steps away from the apex of Newport, this accommodation has spacious rooms/suites, a full length nautical stained glass panel at the top of the stairs and a welcoming atmosphere to guests. Wake each morning to the aroma of Patricia's freshly baked muffins. Have breakfast in the garden, weather permitting, or chat with Patricia and the other guests. The choice is yours.

Second time staying here and would absolutely go back next time we are in Newport!

Heidi went above & beyond on the 1st call to verify reservation, she was warm welcoming and extremely attentive to making us fell welcome. We had a wonderful breakfast and great conversation with Heidi & her other guest. Count us in we will be back for sure!!

What a delightful stay. The room was spotless and adorable. And private! Though it was attached to the house, we didn’t hear a peep from anywhere inside or out. We like to walk and went into town several times a day for shopping, sight seeing and restaurants. The neighborhood was beautiful and safe, with plenty of sidewalks and courteous drivers. We even walked over to the grocery for snacks. The room had coffee, cream and sugars as well as cutlery and plates for our snacks and the bathroom was clean with plenty of towels and a nice shower. We are so glad that we got to meet our hosts in the yard upon leaving and had a wonderful conversation. It was the perfect little spot for the two of us.

Rick was amazing and his place was beautiful! He gave us a free upgrade and let us check in early which was perfect for us to get a head start to our vacation. Great spot to walk easily to the shops and restaurants.

It was one of the best experiences I had with Airbnb, all thanks to Rebecca's kindness and predisposition. My husband and I were treated like kings. The house is beautiful, super cozy, with a great view and the neighborhood is very quiet. Perfect location to visit Newport (30 minutes by car). The breakfast prepared by Rebecca is great and her talks very interesting and enjoyable! She took the trouble to go and buy us delicious fresh strawberries. We will miss her! Hopefully we will be back soon!
