This second story guest house is at the edge of nearly 100 acres of preserved forest in the low-key beach neighborhood of Weekapaug, RI. It is the sister rental to the main house on our property, @southcountyhouse. The guesthouse sits across the gravel driveway, beyond the fruit trees, and provides ample separation from the main house. The backyard has a private deck overlooking the forest, an outdoor shower, hammocks, a dining platform and wood fire grill. Guests must have reviews.

Located approximatly 1 mile from downtown Newport, this ia a truly unique and awesome space. Everything in this house is brand new and the place is spotless. Trust me you will love staying here. It’s the perfect spot for two couples. Just as an FYI Fridays and Saturdays are a package deal. You must book both otherwise I would lose the other. (Next to impossible to rent a Saturday if the Friday is already booked)
