Holiday rentals with lake access in Rhode Island

Everything was exactly like the description. Very clean and great home. Communications with Lavonne was fantastic. The location was perfect.

This place was perfect for what I needed. It was cozy, comfortable, clean, simply and beautifully decorated, and well equipped. It was also a wonderful setting with great views in all directions. While the houses are quite close together, it is a quiet neighborhood and it helped that it wasn't high season. Lots to explore nearby and just as tempting to sit on the deck or lie in the hammock watching the world go by. This was more than I had initially planned to spend, and I'm so glad I went ahead with it anyway - very grateful for this spot!

You will love This location on the lake. Outdoor spaces are just amazing. Our kids loved the lake-beach aspect on the shore, kayaks and swimming. Air conditioning worked well. Obviously newly renovated, new kitchen and flooring, entertainment area. Little things like every home, leaky faucets etc, but no deal breakers. Neighborhood was quiet. Permanent resident Houses close on either side, but friendly, quiet, still felt private for our family week. Would come again!

We had a wonderful time visiting RI and staying here made it that much more enjoyable. The house is beautiful, the views were amazing, it was peaceful and relaxing. The property was clean and had everything my family needed. Everything was as pictured and better than we expected. Sarah was very responsive with communication. We couldn’t have been happier. I would go back in a heartbeat - Highly recommend!!

Staying at Daniela’s place was great! Super easy to find and get into the peaceful house on the pond. Even though it was pet friendly, the house was spotless and had no wear or tear from previous visitors. It was great that they had child gates at stairs too! The dog loved going out in the canoe and swimming in the pond! Great place overall!

I loved staying here. It is right on the water. It is a perfect place to go for a quiet getaway. The lake is peaceful and we have a great time paddling around. I Can't wait to return.

Bria’s home was outstanding in just about every way. It was absolutely adorable, clean to the point that everything looked brand new, appointed with nearly everything we could need, and super close to Narragansett Beach and shops. When we arrived, we were impressed to see a bowl of water set up for our dogs and a bag of treats for them on the counter (along with an assortment of goodies for the kids, aged 6 and 9, and adults as well). Very thoughtful! We found the yard to be an amazing asset for our dogs, who normally need time to adjust to new surroundings on vacation. They felt right at home! The neighborhood was peaceful. The only neighbor we saw smiled and waved as he drove by. As small as it is on paper, the home did not feel small to our family of 4. It was just right for a week’s vacation. Bria was a responsive host, helping us find everything we needed in the area. All in all, I would highly recommend Bria’s place!

Excellent host! We loved our stay, the location was perfect, easy to find and felt very safe and private. Kelly was extremely responsive to our questions and the house was in perfect shape with everything we needed. I will for sure use this space when we return. This place was the perfect location for attending a wedding in Newport! Mark was so great and responsive. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

Beautiful location, love the the access to the lake as well to multiple activities in the private backyard. Great walking distance to the beach which was accessible at any time of day and night. Friendly environment, a lot of local moments throughout the day making the area felt alive even in off season. Close enough to the casinos, local restaurants and activities. Premises was quiet at night, didn’t hear other units other than light foot steps, as a light sleeper I had no problems having a good nights rest.

This unit is absolutely beautiful and perfect for those who are looking for a peaceful and comfortable home away from home, while still having plenty of things to do in the area! As a young photographer who used to live in the area and still loves to visit this is truly one of the most beautiful areas to be in! The scenery and community is truly worth every cent and some more. The staff for this unit are excellent and very friendly people who do an amazing job! One day I hope to revisit this beautiful home.

The In-law apartment was lovely, exactly as shown in the pictures. It was very comfortable and perfect for our needs. Sean and Alison were proactive by providing all information ahead of time.

5 stars – A Hidden Gem in the Heart of the City! I can’t say enough wonderful things about this cozy loft! From the moment I stepped inside, I was completely charmed. The space is beautifully designed and modern, rustic touches and thoughtful decor that makes it feel like a true home away from home. The natural light pours in through the large windows in kitchen during the day.The loft was impeccably clean and stocked with all the essentials—and then some. The bed was incredibly comfortable (best sleep I’ve had in a while!), the linens were luxurious, and the kitchen was stocked perfectly for cooking. Location-wise, it's a dream: tucked away on a quiet street but just minutes from amazing restaurants, cafes, and shops in Providence. I loved being able to explore the neighborhood on foot and then come back to this peaceful little retreat. The host was incredibly kind, communicative, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect! Would stay again!!!

My friend and I stayed in another unit of Steven’s last year and had a great time & loved the area. We had a bigger group this year so stayed in this one, and everything was great. The apartment was clean and exactly as described, and Steven was very helpful and communicative! Would definitely recommend & stay here again.

I only stayed for one night while visiting family in the area, but it seems like a good place to stay more! All amenities as listed, easy contactless check in, and a comfortable little place to stay.

Cute, quaint and quintessential New England cottage. A perfect place to rest, relax and unwind. A very quiet, private and peaceful retreat from the craziness of everyday life. Richard was extremely responsive and helpful for the few questions I had. I did not get the chance to meet him but maybe next time, I’ll certainly be back! If you love the proximity to the hustle and bustle of summer in Narragansett but prefer to be a few short minutes in the quieter bubble of Bonnet Shores, this is your place. 7am walks to the beach and 6pm wine on the patio for sunset. Pure heaven!

Had a great stay in RI

This is a very well equipped house with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms all on one level - something hard to find. Dana was exceptionally professional and responsive. The neighborhood is super quiet and only a few blocks walk to the small beach on the Narrow River. We kayaked almost daily! The local RI beaches are spectacular and the biking is also great. The house and environs met all our expectations. We highly recommend this property and Dana and hope to return again!

The Hogan Cottage is a great getaway, offering peace and tranquility by a pond. The bird watching was incredible. I recommend staying here, as it is conveniently close to Bristol and Newport, and there are many great restaurants to delight your taste buds as well.

This was the ideal location for my husband and me to spend the holidays with our family who live across the lake. Will and John gave us a warm, friendly welcome and Quinn also checked in to make sure we settled in and had everything needed for a comfy cozy stay. It was easy to communicate with everyone and the location felt peaceful and private but not isolated. I can't imagine a more ideal experience and cannot thank Quinn enough for making this stay the best ever we've had with Airbnb!

Steve's place was amazing. The carriage house was gorgeous, comfortable, and a wonderful space for our long weekend! We were just a close drive to Providence, where we needed to be most of the weekend. I would stay there again!

Great little bungalow in a wonderful location. We stayed in January but I imagine it to be a bustling little community in the summer season! We can’t wait to checking it out then! The space is very clean with all that is needed for a comfortable stay. Kathy was very kind and communicated extremely well prior to and during our stay. Highly recommend staying here!

Our family had a great stay at Blake's house. There's plenty to enjoy for everyone--young and old. If you're lucky, you'll find the hidden art studio and share an inspiring painting with future guests. We loved exploring Blake's house, and we appreciated its unique features (the spiral staircase, for sure, and the deck spaces that provided expansive views of the lake) that allowed everyone from 18 to 90 years old to join in the fun family time!
