Holiday rentals with beach access in Rhone-Alpes

Absolutely loved our stay here! The location was perfect—right between the train station, the lake, and the historic district. The apartment was spotless and beautifully renovated, blending modern comfort with historic charm (we especially loved the exposed beams). The AC unit in the bedroom was a lifesaver after warm days, and there was always plenty of hot water to wash up after our day exploring. It’s surprisingly spacious—perfect for the two of us, but could easily accommodate 3 or 4. Be prepared for a bit of a climb up to the top floor—especially after a long bike ride around the lake! But the cozy attic vibes and rooftop views made it totally worth it. Would absolutely stay again!

Lovely apartment in the middle of a vineyard. Gorgeous views all around. very responsive host. If arriving on public transport, use the excellent bus service to the transit station in the small village above, as the walk from the train station below is too much.

The place looked exactly like the photos—so glad I booked Severine’s apartment! It’s a charming, clean, and very comfortable one-bedroom that far exceeded our expectations. Severine was an excellent host. The location is great: about a pleasant 25–30 minute walk to Annecy Vieille Ville and around 15 minutes to the lake. I loved strolling through the neighborhood, which felt safe even late at night. Public transportation was easy to access, and there were plenty of great dining options nearby. Severine even recommended a fantastic restaurant where we celebrated my mother’s birthday. There’s also a lovely patisserie just around the corner with a wide selection of pastries, bread, and delicious sandwiches. I’d absolutely book again!

Emplacement super au milieu de ce qu on voulait visiter Super extérieur avec bassin naturel...sable ...un côté soleil un côté ombre idéal pour la détente...eau fraîche pour bien se rafraîchir Hôte très sympa (accueil avec vin et fromages de chèvre 😜)et son chien très doux et super attachant Logement très rustique mais où se trouve tout ce qu il faut... Notre séjour fut des plus agréables. La maison offre toutes les commodités pour un séjour d’une semaine. À trente minutes de la gare, la marche est agréable. Nous avons apprécié la propreté des lieux et la modernité des installations.

Superbe petit loft, accueillant et tout équipé, l’endroit est calme, la terrasse est confortable et le jardin très agréable, le jacuzzi permet de petits moments détente, le séjour était parfait, tout comme Remi, toujours disponible et a l’ecoute!

Notre séjour chez Wanda fut exquis. Son logement est idéal pour se mettre au vert et profiter du nord de l’Ardèche. L’endroit est particulièrement paisible. Wanda est très sympathique et nous a recommandé chemins de randonnées, zones de baignades idéales et restaurants. Nous reviendrons profiter de ce havre de paix avec grand plaisir.

Un séjour inoubliable dans un véritable coin du paradis. La maison est tellement bien placée, on y croit pas, on se croit sur une plage privée, juste magnifique (et très calme !) On rentre chez nous reposés, ressourcés, merci à Dominique pour l’accueil.

Claire et Benoit sont extrêmement bienveillants et disponibles. Le lave-vaisselle était malheureusement en panne mais cela ne nous a absolument pas dérangé. Pour s’excuser, Claire et Benoit nous ont offert un panier de produits du terroir, nous avons apprécié cette délicate attention. Malgré la pluie, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le logement nous a permis d’être au calme, et les randonnées nous ont ressourcé. Nous recommandons ce bel endroit !

L'appartement et son jardin étaient parfaits. Rien ne manquait. Très calme avec une belle vue. Le lac et sa région sont splendides. Hôtes très réactifs et sympathiques.

Très bon accueil par Christophe, appartement propre et fonctionnel. À 1 mn à pied du lac Parking privé ce qui est un plus Je recommande les yeux fermés

Excellent séjour à Annecy ! Studio très bien aménagé avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Les hôtes étaient très agréables et surtout disponibles ! Ils ont su s’adapter à nous, car nous sommes arrivés en retard le jour J. Concernant la localisation de l’appartement nous étions juste à côté du centre-ville et à 5 minutes du Festival du Film d’animation d’Annecy. En bref 10/10 merci encore ! 🥰

Catherine et Éric ont été très accueillants. Ils sont très réactifs par message. Le logement était propre et est bien situé ! Tout est accessible à pied à proximité.

Ein sehr schönes Appartement. CheckIn und CheckOut gut geregelt. Tolle Lage. Es hat uns gut gefallen. Die Straße ist stark befahren, deshalb mussten wir die Fenster nachts geschlossen halten. Die Fenster sind gut isoliert, jedoch konnte man den Verkehr trotzem leicht hören. Am Strand besteht leider Hundeverbot, jedoch konnten wir uns daneben ans Wasser legen.

Un appartement très bien conçu. Très fonctionnel. A proximité de la plage de Menthon Saint Bernard... petite balade le soir avec le lac et ses lumières changeantes.
