It has private parking in the building. The apartment faces south, offering excellent views of the city and Funchal Bay. There is a lot of great commodities nearby such as great restaurants, one of the best shopping centers of the island at a 5 minute walking distance and the most regular bus lines that go to and from the center of the city. You'll also find, at a walking distance, some of the best beaches of Funchal.

A nice and new apartment on one of the hills between Ribeira Brava and Ponta do Sol, very quiet and sunny. All rooms have window and the whole space has plenty of natural light. It has private entrance and parking. 5 minutes from the beach and all services. You have an entrance for the Levada Nova Walk near by the place. Table and chairs are provided for the balcony and also tropical fruits from our garden.
