Sehr schöne Aussicht, schönes Haus, sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir empfehlen ein Auto zu mieten um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Aktivitäten zu erreichen. Marco ist sehr freundlich , hat am ersten Tag (trotz Flugverspätung) auf uns gewartet , Schlüssel übergeben und das Haus gezeigt. Er war immer für uns erreichbar. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft bei Marco weiter. Marek

We had a wonderful few days at Andre’s place! Parking was easily available for our rental, and he provided great recommendations! There was an amazing view of an old church and the Atlantic Ocean from the bed! The rental is a bit away from the city center of Ponta Delgada, so it’s a better fit for people who will be renting a car.

We only had one lovely night here, but would love to come back one day. A lovely view, beautiful accommodations, and wonderful recommendations

We had a wonderful stay in downtown Ponta Delgada! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located — everything we needed was within walking distance. What really made the experience special was the host: incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Communication was easy and fast, and they made sure we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. Highly recommended for anyone visiting São Miguel!

We had such a wonderful stay! The hosts were extremely proactive about helping us with any and all needs. We were traveling with a 1 year old baby and they had everything prepared for him including high chair and crib all set up. We are so glad we got to spend a wonderful week at this property. Een echte aanrader. Prachtig huisje. Zeer goede locatie. Een mooie tuin. Alles was aanwezig in het huis. Heel rustig gelegen. De host is heel professioneel, communicatie liep vlot.

Le logement de Tania est hyper bien pensé et équipé, tres propre et quel plaisir cette terrasse face à l océan d où l on peut apprécier le coucher de soleil. Un vrai bonheur ! Sans oublier l hospitalité et la gentillesse de Tania ! Je recommande vivement

A 5-star stay, all around! Vitor was a great host, communicative, and friendly. The house was great and in a great location! Don’t worry about the reviews about dogs. Yes, there are dogs nearby but they were NOT barking all night as some people suggested. And I’m a light sleeper!

We had a great time here! The view is amazing and the appartment is more then complete. Everything you need is available. The communication with Miguel was easy and he gave us all the information we needed for our stay. When we arrived there was enough food for the next day, what a great service! We can really recommend a stay here, you will never forget it!

Dobře vybavený čistý, prostorný byt, pračka, sušička, fén, žehlička, vybavená kuchyně. Soukromé parkování. Výhodná lokalita k vyjížďkám na výlety. Výborná komunikace s majiteli.

The entire experience was wonderful. We were able to check in early, which was wonderful because our flight arrived at 6:30 AM. The space was absolutely spotless, smelled great and had everything we could possibly need. It is a beautiful space with little clutter and the patio made it even better. Nuno was VERY responsive and had already sent us information about our stay, including local recommendations. Nuno and Sandra thought of everything to make the space homey. We would give out stay 10 stars, amazing!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft von Baptiste. Check-in und Check-out hat super funktioniert. Die Unterkunft ist etwas hellhörig, man hört die Autos von der Straße, aber es fahren vor allem nachts kaum Autos lang. Der Pool ist super und sogar beheizt. Die Lage eignet sich super, um mit dem Auto die Insel zu erkunden. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt :).

De hosts waren erg vriendelijk en gaven goede tips voor over het hele eiland! Het appartement zelf is ook mooi en aan alles is gedacht. Kleine dingen als een wasmand, strandhanddoek, een dekentje en een fruitmandje laten het meteen voelen als een thuis!

The accomodation is located at the heart of Lagoa, which is perfect to visit the island of Sao Miguel. The apartment has an amazing view on the bay and is perfectly clean. Jose is a very nice host and he proactively gave recommendations on things to do/visit on the island. My wife and I spent a few nights there and we highly recommend this place!

Het appartement is een prettige en gezellige plek midden in Ponta Delgada en op loopafstand van alles wat je nodig hebt tijdens je verblijf. De host reageerde snel op eventuele vragen. Wij komen graag terug als we weer naar Ponta Delgada komen.

Fantastic place with lots of space. Fully stocked kitchen, convenient parking, and very clean. Claudia was very responsive and helpful with all of our needs.

This was a very well situated home that felt private and secure. The unit was bright and clean. The kitchen was stocked with basics needed. The bathrooms were clean and modern with plenty of toilet paper (could have used tissues). We were given 2 towels (one for home and one for beach/water activities) and a hand towel. I would have liked an extra towel for the week long stay. Storage in the bedrooms was great and loved the room darkening blinds! I personally felt the beds were too firm. The couch was equally as firm. For 2 people, the living room furniture was adequate but if you’re a group of 4 or more, there isn’t enough seating. The dining table seats plenty! The balcony furniture was great and my son loved lounging in the hammock and enjoying the surrounding beauty. The beach is literally a 5 minute walk with a decent restaurant on the beach. A rental car is a necessity to get around. Being centrally located meant easy access to all the island has to offer. Great stay!

Spacious apartmant with everything you might need. Place was very clean. Location was perfect, quiet town, centrally located. Having a dryer was a godsend because the island is very humid and it would take forever to dry clothes otherwise (we stayed with a child so we used washer/dryer a lot). Private parking space in front. Check in was smooth. Only thing, the blinds for the windows should be better, all the light came in the rooms despite of them (late sunset, lights from the street...).

Gostámos muito da nossa estadia nesta casa! Sentimo-nos bem recebidos desde o início e a casa tem tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia confortável. Houve uma pequena situação durante a nossa estadia, nada relacionado com a casa ou com os anfitriões, mas ainda assim foram super rápidos e atenciosos a ajudar, o que agradecemos imenso. A localização também é bastante boa: conseguimos chegar facilmente a pé ao que precisávamos. É preciso caminhar um pouco, mas faz-se bem. No geral, foi uma ótima experiência e recomendamos sem hesitar. Obrigado por tudo!

Such a bargain for a delightfully decorated apartment with an incredible view and a hot tub on the terrace!!! The area was peaceful and stunning and the apartment had everything you could need! Definitely recommend :)

The apartment is centrally located. Very clean and well stocked with all toiletries and kitchen supplies. They provided bread, cookies, coffee, sugar, oil, salt, spices among other things. We felt right at home. Plenty of towels, blankets.
