The Flat is located in the most glamorous and pleasant region of the city, within walking distance of the Cathedral, a 1920 building, the D. Pedro II, from 1930, the Choperia Pinguim, the most famous house in Brazil in the genre, the RECREATIVA Society, the Sta. Úrsula, sophisticated shops, restaurants and cafes, and is only 7 km from the airport. My space is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, cultural, scientific and/or academic events, and families.
