Very well maintained, fragrant and clean apartment. It has all the necessary amenities. I even cooked one of the days, because there are all the kitchen utensils.

Our accommodation was great, we went in a group of 6 people and everyone was very well accommodated with comfort, each with their own room and bathroom. Great linen and towels. The hosts Paula and her daughter Ana, were extremely helpful and receptive, giving us peace of mind and security, always promptly answering our questions. The house is great, location too, extremely spacious, complete in all rooms. We just feel that some parts need a little maintenance and a little more careful cleaning, but nothing that discredits the house, nor the stay. We were all happy and satisfied, and we will definitely return.

Our stay was excellent. The place is beautiful, well located, super cozy, spacious and very tasteful. Hélio and Dioneia are wonderful people, who welcomed us very well, were very helpful, gave us tips, we exchanged a lot of ideas over breakfast, they waited for us when we returned from the show, in short, they welcomed us, in fact, very well. Great facilities, perfect for bringing convenience to its various rooms and environments. I have no complaints, only compliments!

Clean house, good size, my uno fit in the garage by centimeters... but I think you can put it half sideways if it's bigger (I'm not sure) clean bathroom, clean kitchen... good wifi, good smart TV, air conditioning in one room and fan in the other, the living room also has a fan. refrigerator, stove and microwave, all the utensils... good location near the market but there is a school nearby that makes a little noise early, but nothing that disturbs you much. 9/10, the communication was good and very clear.

The house is extremely well maintained and very equipped - all kitchen accessories, sheets, blankets, towels, shampoo, soap, everything. All new and clean. Cristina is a 10-note host, helped us with what we need and always responded very quickly. The house despite being on the street is very safe and quiet. The neighborhood is great with many restaurants nearby and very close to Ribeirão Shopping.

The stay with Rosemar was very good. She was very friendly and helpful in all interactions. Your space is very clean and organized exactly as in the photos. It is certainly a good place to stay in Ribeirão Preto. Thank you very much, and see you next time!!!

We will always be grateful for the stay! We had to stay in Ribeirão due to my father's hospitalization, a very difficult time for the family.. and Mateus was super helpful. The apartment is very cozy and functional, and the neighborhood is very nice. It was very nice to have a pleasant and carefree environment to stay in, so we could focus on caring for my father.
