Adriano is an excellent host. Comprehensible and helpful, quickly responds to messages. The village promptly answered to remedy some minor problems. The location of the condominium is excellent, and it is very quiet and familiar, with 24h concierge. The apartment is good and serves a family of 3 or 4 well for an extended period (we stayed 2 months). Excellent refrigerator, washer and tv. It has plenty of locker to store things, in the rooms, kitchen and laundry room. The beds are taller than normal and the room table and lower sink, but get used to it. The sofa is not very comfortable. 2 only inconveniences they may have is that the apartment is on the second floor and has no elevator, and the car is uncovered, without any shade. We recommend the apartment and your host!

Extremely clean, new, organized and fragrant apartment. It has all the necessary utensils. Excellent location, great restaurants, pharmacy, market, supermarket, shopping mall, all nearby, you can go on foot. Very kind host, responds quickly, answered all our questions, and was very kind to us. The neighborhood is an excellent and safe region, reserved and easy to access. I highly recommend it to everyone.

We stayed in the apartment from Friday to Sunday for João Rock and everything worked out! The place is exactly like in the pictures, clean and organized. The region is great and quiet, ideal for resting after the festival. Filipe, who welcomed us at check-in and checkout, was super friendly and proactive. I recommend it!

We stayed in six adults and one child in the house. Everything impeccable. The house is very wide. The description is exactly how the house is. We had a great communication with Roger and also with Mr. There was a problem with one of the showers that made it impossible for us to use one of the bath suites but nothing to get in the way because there are so many bathrooms that made no difference! Mr. Renato was very proactive to try and solve the problem, but since it was an extended holiday, it would be very difficult to resolve in a timely manner. Both the checkin and checkout were super flexible. You can rent the house that I'm sure will have a good experience, like mine.

Apartment located in strategic point of q necessitavamos, Agrishow and downtown. Very clean! Linen and bath linens available, clean and new. Andrea very receptive, always passing clear information and replying messages! Very good experience!

Keile was very flexible with the schedules, the house is beautiful with a very beautiful view, everything was super clean.

Almost everything is great. Only caveats: (1) the first entrance to the building is a little time consuming and was a little chaotic and (2) the bathroom would benefit greatly from some minor improvements.

Excellent option in Ribeirão Preto. Quiet, noise-free and well-located building. I intend to return soon and it will definitely be my accommodation option!
