During the period from October 1 to May 30, a contract of stay contemplated in the LAU will be signed in the apartment because it is a temporary rental period of more than 11 days of stay. The signing of the contract is only procedural and will not entail any type of commission or national cost. We only adapt the contract to the new law in the Valencian community of tourist rental.
