The earliest historical mention is 1417 and it's long history includes an invasion in 1584 by Protestants during the period of the Huguenot wars. The fort has maintained many original features including the old stone staircase at the front door leading up to a 4 bedroomed loft apartment . There is full access to the large garden including an 10mx4m in-ground heated swimming pool .

Dans un cadre préservé, nous vous proposons ce gîte mitoyen de 40 m2. Une piscine (ouverte à partir de mai) est partagée avec la propriétaire. La rivière à proximité vous offre de beaux coins de baignade et de pêche. Le restaurant « La Cueille » dans le bas du village, vous propose une très bonne table, de produits frais et locaux, dans un cadre exceptionnel. Enfin partez à la découverte des villages, et de tous les trésors de notre belle Ardèche.
