Configuration symétrique : les terrasses sont à l’opposé l’une de l’autre, conférant à chacun une parfaite tranquillité. RDC : pièce de vie cuisine ouverte, WC. Étage : chambre climatisée (lit 160) avec dressing, salle de douche. Piscine semi hors sol 3x5m, en service de FIN AVRIL à FIN SEPT. ⚠️ Non sécurisée, pas d’enfants

Within walking distance you will find all amenities, and the Ardèche a few meters away. For your comfort and if you are concerned, a Type 2 electric vehicle charging station is available on-site.

Stone house with Ardèche character at an altitude of 350 m, located in an exceptional setting, with panoramic views and very quiet. In the heart of nature, lined with vines, pines and chestnut trees, our house will enchant your stay. Ideal for hiking, swimming in rivers, rest and especially shared moments in the cottage (swimming pool, barbecue, large game room, etc.). Only in summer, an outbuilding (chambre+W.C/sdb) will allow a possible isolation for a couple.

Situé entre Lablachère et Les Vans, notre gîte (Labellisé 4 étoiles) est une ancienne magnanerie. Le gîte de 57 m2, s’ouvre au rez-de-jardin sur une cour intérieure privative. Au rez-de-chaussée, sous une voûte, se situe la cave-buanderie réservée à ce logement. Un escalier en pierre mène à la terrasse privative couverte de 18 m2 orientée sud, une vue sur les vignes et la campagne environnante s’offre à vous...
