Nicola was very responsive when booking as I had accessibility requirements that were needed. He worked with me to make sure our Nonna would be comfortable and have privacy without the use of stairs. The views were spectacular and the pool was much appreciated in the August heat. There was plenty of room and space for all 11 of us to enjoy our time together and take a break if needed. We enjoyed fireworks right from the terrace nearly every night as it was festival season and ventured down to the marina a few times. I would highly recommend Nicola’s Villa to larger families or groups. Thanks so much!

We hebben heel erg genoten van ons verblijf! Basso is een supervriendelijke host die ervoor zorgt dat je niks tekort komt en als je iets nodig hebt staat hij binnen een paar minuten voor je klaar. Hij is heel proactief in de communicatie en vraagt regelmatig of alles nog naar wens is en of je iets nodig hebt. Hij heeft ons zelfs verse abrikozen uit eigen tuin gebracht. Het appartement is exact als op de foto's: het is nog helemaal nieuw, supermooi ingericht en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. De keuken is compleet, de bedden zijn erg comfortabel en de badkamer is heel schoon en heeft een fijne douche. Het terrein word heel goed onderhouden. Er is elke dag wel iemand aanwezig die het met zorg ontworpen terrein netjes houd. Het hoogtepunt is misschien wel het fijne zwembad. Er staan comfortabele ligbedden en parasols om helemaal tot rust te komen tijdens je vakantie. Bedankt voor alles! We zullen zeker terugkomen.

Romina’s beach house was a beautiful spot just next to the public beach and bike/walking path. Romina and her husband greeted us at check in and gave us all of the instructions as well as recommendations for the local area. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, even beach umbrellas for the adjacent public beach. We enjoyed the outdoor space for coffee in the morning and relaxing in the evening. The house was in a locked, gated community that felt very safe both day and night. We were within walking distance to beaches, lidos, restaurants, and a short drive to the old town of Vasto. Romina was a gracious host with great communication throughout. We hope to return someday!

Es war einfach nur perfekt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Wir können einen Aufenthalt bei Elisabetta und Paolo sehr empfehlen. wir kommen sehr gerne wieder🩷

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber. Man findet außerdem alle wichtigen Dinge in der Nähe, wie: Supermarkt, Apotheke, Bistros. Monia war sehr freundlich und hat uns geholfen, wenn wir Fragen hatten.

Abbiamo affittato l'alloggio di Michela per trascorrere una settimana in tranquillità...e così è stato! Casa molto gradevole, pulita, corrispondente alle foto, con aria condizionata e un giardinetto esterno dove mangiare in serenità. Ideale per una coppia. La casa è situata in un punto strategico: la zona è infatti residenziale, e per questo motivo tranquilla. A soli 5 minuti a piedi puoi raggiungere il lungomare più vicino (attraversando un pratico cavalcavia ben illuminato anche di notte), dove trovare tante attrattive e poter fare una passeggiata. Per quanto riguarda il mare, a pochi minuti a piedi è possibile raggiungere la spiaggia libera (o attrezzata, a seconda delle necessità), mentre con pochi minuti di macchina sono raggiungibili molte spiagge caratteristiche (e belle). Host super gentili e disponibili! Ci hanno trattato davvero bene, fornendoci consigli e rendendosi disponibili per ogni evenienza, e per questo li ringraziamo molto.

The farmhouse was everything. The setting is only matched by the love you feel when chatting with Annamaria and Lino. They made our family feel right at home. The breakfast and lunches are world class in taste and presentation. The location is bathed in florals surrounded by rolling hills, it’s as though you have landed in a painting or an old world Italian storybook. There are not enough words to describe how much we loved it!
