We border the Pine River in Richland County, center of the beautiful Driftless region of southwest Wisconsin. Perfect for a quiet, nature-based retreat, we are less than four hours drive from Chicago, Milwaukee, and the Twin Cities. This Earthen house is made of sand, straw and clay. Nestled in a valley it is a peaceful and unique getaway. The cabin has four comfortable single beds and electricity, a wood stove for winter. Outside a fire pit and grill. A hand washing sink inside; and port-o-let toilet outside. You may be able to drive in (weather/road condition depending). It is a short walk to our Bakery (Sat. 9 am until 2 pm) Please arrive before dark. We are LGBTQ owned and operated. BIPOC welcome.

Quaint little cabin in the woods. Not much around, but was a dollar store nearby for any needed items. Snacks, coffee maker, and basic items in fridge were a nice touch. Host provided us with a bundle of wood which allowed us to have smores in the fire pit in the yard outside. Inside electric fireplace was nice too.

Beautiful HUGE property, lots of trails to explore and very peaceful with lots of wildlife and privacy. Home was gorgeous and very comfortable, they provided tons of amenities and a binder with recommendations. My phone service was SOS, they have strong Wi-Fi but was nice to disconnect for awhile. Highly recommend staying here for a get away. Also close to Eagle Cave with tours to explore!

It was a wonderful stay! Ashley was great. I wish we could have gotten closer to the river to fish but the place was clean and nice.
