Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Richmond

We loved our stay! The place was very comfortable and included thoughtful guest touches like magazines, guides to Nelson and a few kitchen staples. We did have a little trouble locating the entrance to the building and the parking area. Angela was very responsive.

A great location and everything needed for a weekend away, wonderful views and a clean & tidy space.

We loved staying at David’s place. Was a walk to everything we needed. Had an amazing outlook onto the water. And David and his family were so helpful. The kids loved the foosball table too. Highly recommended.

Great location handy to town , local retail and hospitality. Plenty of room.

Very nice apartment. Was lovely and clean and it felt very welcoming. The heater was on when we arrived and to top it off, there were some treats for us too. Bed was comfy, slept like a log. Communication was easy, Ana responded immediately and was super helpful. Nice to have easy access to the beach as well. Would definitely stay again, highly recommend this place.

We were so happy with our accommodation at Vivs place. The home was spacious, modern, with outstanding views. Communication with our host was excellent.

This place was exactly as it was represented. 2 bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Frozen breads available for breakfast and a selection of teas and coffee. Very clean.

WOW this place is spectacular! The view is amazing and the unit is modern, spacious, beautifully decorated and so homely. Has everything you could possibly need and the host was there to meet us on arrival and show us around. Paul’s house and setting matched our expectations from the listing. It was very clean, tidy, spacious, warm and nicely furnished. The lounge, dining and kitchen area looked out across the garden to the beach. Unfortunately it rained for most of our short stay so we didn’t take as much advantage of the outdoor setting and facilities as we might have otherwise done. Despite that our party of 4 adults and 3 children all enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very welcoming and were quick to answer any queries we had.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Die Checkin/out- Zeiten sind super. Es war sehr sauber und alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Straßen mit Restaurants/Cafes und Museum sind schnell erreichbar. Es gibt sogar eine kleine Terrasse.

Great place to base yourself in Nelson. Was close to everything and a short walk to an amazing beach. The house was great, perfect size and great for the dogs - the only truly fully fenced property I’ve been in and didn’t have to worry about the dogs finding a way out. Private as well - loved it there and would stay again.

Luxury accommodation at a great price! The suite was stunning and had magnificent views. Sue did a great job putting the place together and making it so lovely! If we are ever back in the area we would certainly stay again!

What a great spot. This is located directly across the street from the “Queens Gardens” and a quick 5 min walk to the downtown/CBD district. Restaurants are everywhere along with shopping and things to do. The house is to the rear of a duplex so you don’t hear any street noise and the backyard is very private and the patio is covered in case it rains. Very good price for everything you get and would highly recommend the location to anyone traveling to Nelson.

On arrival the bach was unfortunately not ready for us, but this was due to an oversight by the cleaner, not Emma. Emma was super quick to respond and very apologetic when we messaged about it and couldn't have been more prompt in getting things resolved which we really appreciated. After this initial blip we loved our four night stay here. The bach feels like the best of both worlds - an old family bach and the charm that comes with that, made even better with significant modernising updates like the massive glass doors, and all the other mod cons and extras (big fridge, dishwasher, washer and dryer, heatpump/AC, Chromecast, etc). It is off the beaten track and feels so peaceful and private. Being so close to the sea is a real treat. We would love to come back some time in the warmer months so we can make the most of the amazing outdoor areas and pool! (just a bit too chilly for us softies to swim in it at this time of year... we did love the outdoor fireplace though!). :)

Clean and warm modern house, we really enjoyed our nights in here. It’s a wonderful place to chill with friends, very quiet at the night, and it’s very close to town. The beds are comfortable, and the hot water also well. Stay in Nelson here is a top choice!

Had a lovely stay, the house was very homely and had everything we needed. Very peaceful spot. Lisa was a fantastic host.
