The creek is 15 feet from the foot of the deck stairs; its sounds lull guests to sleep each night. Frogs, salamanders, crayfish, and all manner of forest life abound. All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult when playing near the pond or swimming .The front porch is screened so guests can sit & enjoy the outdoors but be protected. There are countless wineries & breweries that start at 5 miles away. Kueka Lake State Park is 6 miles away. Grimes Glen in Naoles is 10 miles.
