Holiday rentals with beach access in Rieden am Forggensee

Nice, quiet and well equipped little apartment. There were flowers and apples at the table to welcome you. Communication with Annette worked out very well and we were able to arrive flexibly through the key box. The apartment is very close to the lake and a beautiful park. By bus you are quickly in Lindau and in 20 minutes on foot to Wasserburg. We had a very nice time despite not so great weather.

The accommodation was very nice and cozy, perfect for families, with many excursion possibilities in the area - The accommodation and Lake Constance are best reached by car. Eric and his family were very nice and gave us many tips.

It was a nice experience and the booking was at a last minute call which was accepted by the host pretty fast! The vintage look was unique. Overall a nice place to relax and enjoy.

The apartment was very nice and centrally located. The terrace is also great. The landlord was always available, thank you again for the gift basket. To Airbnb: 135 euros from the landlord is completely ok, but 192 euros from Airbnb is definitely too expensive. It is clear that there is a surcharge, but this surcharge is not comprehensible and also not justified. I will soon take a closer look to see if you can also rent the accommodation directly.

We found the apartment exactly as shown in the pictures. Everything was very clean and tidy. The location is great. Everything is very centrally located. Only short walking distances. Shopping as well as great restaurants are all within walking distance. The check-in and also the check-out were super easy and understandable in the messages described in advance by Claus. Glad to come back. We had a great time.

Despite late arrival in the evening, friendly reception! Complication-free check-in. Very nice and modern accommodation, kitchenette very suitable for breakfast, everything available. No hot plate. We had breakfast in a very nice cafe within walking distance. Beautiful terrace, right in front of the apartment. Parking available on the property, very helpful! Very friendly and open-minded hosts. GREAT!

We had a wonderful 6 days at the Fisherman’s House at the Ammersee. The house was so comfortable and welcoming, the kitchen was fully equipped, the bedrooms were cozy. All amenities were there and functioning well, including washer and dryer. Marco and the team of the Strandhotel were excellent hosts, always helpful and very friendly. Location is excellent in quiet neighborhood with short walk to the lake and is a great starting point for trips to the “Voralpenland” and to Munich. One of the best Airbnbs we have ever been to. Strongly recommend and would return in a heartbeat.

With easy access and welcoming messages this characterful house was quickly home from home. The property is well maintained and furniture and fittings are of good quality..The kitchen is lovely and very well equipped. The location of the house is very convenient for public transport and easy walking distance to Lake Constance, a local well stocked supermarket and local bakery / cafe. As dog owners, the special welcome for our pet was much appreciated and the good sized well fenced garden was a great asset. The outside seating area was wonderful in the sunshine. Definitely a happy place to stay.

We were allowed to spend a few great days in beautiful Allgäu. We felt very comfortable in Alexander's apartment. He is a pleasant host. Everything worked out! Due to the great and easy-to-use wood-burning stove in the living room, we often had a nice fire in the evening, which we greatly appreciate on winter days. The location has a super equipped kitchen, great barista coffee and is also dog-friendly. The bedding and mattresses were great. There is no unnecessary clutter in the house. We'd love to come back anytime!

We arrived here as part of a business trip and were very satisfied. The property is spacious, clean and very well equipped. There is a huge TV, an artificial fireplace with light effects and heating, a lounge area, a 360 degree conference camera from Owl and all rooms are air-conditioned. We will be happy to come back and highly recommend the accommodation!

We spent a very nice week with the family in the great villa and felt very comfortable. From arrival to departure, everything was perfect. The house is very idyllic from the outside area to the furnishings and it is quietly located. We lacked nothing. We were warmly welcomed by Alex and his mother and we could also contact them at any time. The house is located close to Lake Ammersee, which we could easily reach on foot. We can give at least 5 stars and wish the other guests such a nice time in Villa Matilda and a good rest. Many thanks to Angela, Alex and his mother!

Hassle-free check-in, sparkling clean house. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired. We especially enjoyed the evenings at the Swedish stove. We will be happy to come back.

The best has been made of the cottage visually and in terms of furnishings. The beds are totally comfortable. For a longer stay, there is a lack of storage space for clothes or the like, but we simply lived out of the suitcase over the weekend. In general, there is enough space for 8 people to sleep and eat, but not necessarily to spend a lot of time in the house. The location itself is beautiful on the Ammersee and you can also walk very quickly to the lake promenade, where life is. The fact that the cottage is on a campsite was sufficiently described, but unfortunately it was still not so clear to us that people camp directly under/on the terrace and you have less privacy than expected. All around really very sweet and cozy and recommended for larger groups who want to spend a lot of time on and around the Ammersee and are looking for a nice place to sleep.

The accommodation was the most beautiful of all in Lauterach. Both the apartment and the terrace were designed with a lot of love and very tastefully. The lemon tree, olive tree and fig tree are simply a dream. The tranquility of the surroundings and the bedroom, with a bed that feels like you're sleeping on clouds, provide a restful sleep. The whole apartment is very, very clean. Another reason why you feel so comfortable with Doris. Doris herself is a very friendly, dear landlady. How could it be otherwise? We loved everything about this place! Such a fantastic little town on a scenic lake. We swam one evening, dined at a local restaurant another evening, walked to the bakery one morning, utilized the hiking trails to see Lainbach Falls, and were within reasonable driving distance for day trips to Berchtesgaden and Neuschwanstein Castle, which is what brought us to the area. The condo itself was also perfect for our family of five. We utilized the kitchen to make some of our own meals, had coffee on the balcony every morning, and the space was clean and comfortable with pleasant decor. Communication with the host was great too! Not sure if I’ll ever be back in the area, but if I am, I’d stay here!

Family vacation at Pentecost. It was a very warm but also informative reception about the possibilities around the Tegernsee by the hosts. During the apartment handover, individual interests were advised. The apartment was clean and corresponded to the advertisement, the equipment was suitable. It is bright and well cut, especially the large wrap-around terrace invites you to linger. Starting with breakfast, you can enjoy the sun in the fresh air until it sets in the late evening in the direction of the lake. In bad weather, this would also be possible from the inside through the large panoramic windows. Somewhat hidden, directly opposite the apartment, there is the possibility of swimming in the lake. There are no sunbathing areas nearby, but you can sunbathe on the loungers on the terrace. In St. Quirin itself, "nothing" is happening. However, the center of Tegernsee can be reached in 10 minutes by car, alternatively by bike or 30-45 minutes on foot. We will be happy to come back.

A breathtaking view from the living room window or terrace door, which is very large. Great air and very quiet area. But what impressed me even more was how clean it was. I have never experienced a hotel room or a vacation home that would be so clean. You can't just eat off the floor here - you could perform surgery here, that's how clean it is. The couch in the living room is on a pedestal or something similar, which unfortunately you can't see in the photos. For me, that wasn't a problem, but for people with knee or hip problems, it certainly wouldn't be. Otherwise, absolutely recommendable.

My wife and I had a great time in Manuela and Hermann's apartment. We were completely satisfied with the self-catering facilities and the good location near the city center, lake and Pfänderbahn. Communication with Manuela and Hermann was also great, always friendly and also proactive. We have nothing to complain about.

Hosts are super friendly and everything was very clean. In addition, we received information about restaurants and everything else important in advance, which we were able to read later on clipboards. :) In addition, the house is very quiet and you can still easily walk to everything. Overall, it was a great stay.

Very nice apartment overlooking the lake. Parking available. In the kitchen, kitchen utensils had everything you need. Village shop and village cafe can be reached in 2 minutes on foot. Has now reopened with new owners. We would come back anytime.

We enjoyed it very much here. We felt comfortable right from the start. The apartment is just as great as it looks in the pictures. A huge kitchen, great dining/ living area. Two large bedrooms and a very nice large garden. The underground parking is very comfortable and you can reach the apartment via two steps. If we ever come back to the area, we would always book this apartment again.
