The two-story accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and one bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Our modern furnished apartment is located in the basement and offers a room with living and sleeping area for up to 2 people. It has a comfortable box-spring bed, seating, TV, wardrobe and mirror. The spacious bathroom with toilet has a shower. In the kitchen are all necessary practical utensils and a wardrobe. Our 35 sqm apartment is a designated non-smoking apartment. Right in front of the house in a quiet residential area you will find a parking space for your car.

After an excursion on the Swabian mountains, you can slow down and enjoy the panoramic view of the mountains from the balcony. Our guest room can be used by two adults and up to two smaller children (up to 12 years old). We can provide a folding bed and a crib free of charge upon request

The listed house from 1730 is located at the foot of the holy mountain of Upper Swabia – the Bussen – and directly on the hiking trail, not far from the Danube Cycle Path on the edge of the Swabian Alps. During the careful restoration using ecological and sustainable materials, many details such as sloping floors, partially low room heights and a steep staircase were preserved. So you can go back in time and still enjoy the modern comforts of the present.
