Our modern lodge is located as a self-contained apartment over 2 floors with balcony + loggia directly on the outskirts. 1.5 bedrooms, kitchen-living room with sofa bed, shower room, spacious balcony and covered terrace. Enjoy a breathtaking Alpine panorama. Our surroundings are known for countless swimming lakes and an untouched high moor nature with forests. Plus thermal baths, sports and more. Cultural highlights, castles and culinary delights complete your visit.

Boutique vacation home opened in May 2024

Our boutique vacation home in Aidling-Riegsee has been open since May 2024. The vacation home is new, stylish and very cozy, with fine materials, such as oak herringbone parquet, natural stone, high-quality textiles and box-spring beds. This makes this vacation home very special. It has two small kitchenettes with upholstered seating area, two living rooms with 2 comfortable sofa beds each, 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, 4 of which have natural stone shower, green, furnished southwest terrace and 2 balconies.

Mountain Dream-House in Bavaria close to Munich!

In this beautiful and charming villa, situated in the panoramic mountainside of Bavaria, you have an array of options to hike, ski and relax. The house has the perfect size for sharing amazing moments for your whole family. It is close to one of the most famous lakes of Bavaria called Staffelsee, half hour away from the tallest mountain in Germany called Zugspitze and only 45 minutes away from Munich. I am sure this is the perfect house to have an amazing holiday full of adventures.

Beautiful attic studio loft

Under the roof beams of a former farm is this special living room and bedroom, 2-4 sleeping places next to each other. The bright, modern bathroom offers a large wellness shower with elegant design sink. The large living room invites you to the cozy lounge area and the open kitchen with solid oak floor. If necessary, a 2nd bedroom for 2 persons with bathroom and large bathtub can be booked. Thus, the apartment can then accommodate up to 6 people.

The modern Alpine single-family house invites you to relax in a stylish yet cozy atmosphere. Whether cycling, hiking and skiing in the mountains, water sports on the lakes, the Upper Bavarian cuisine and yet the proximity to the state capital Munich, with us you are sure to have an unforgettable active vacation. Quaint apartment in old farmhouse/private entrance

The Stifts-Haus (1611) has been extensively renovated. The guest apartment is very cozy, with a bedroom (double bed + sofa bed/children's mattresses on request), a living/kitchen room and a large, beautiful bathroom. Nothing is ordinary with us. Curious??? When booking only 2 days (minimum), please bring €10 per day laundry fee/per person or bring your own bed linen. This is the only way to offer the overall low price for short stays.
