On the first floor you can access it by spiral staircase inside or by external stone staircase. Here is the bedroom with panoramic balcony. There's a private space with a stone table near the entrance. A parking space in the courtyard, small closed garage for bicycles or motorcycles, free public parking a few meters away.

The living room features a sofa bed that sleep two. This area is a perfect location for walking, climbing and mountain-biking.
