Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Rijeka Reževići

The villa was lovely, clean and tidy, ideal for what we needed. Pool was small but great for cooling down in the hot sun. Balconies for each room meant that everyone had a space to enjoy the sun privately. Linen was provided but there needed to be hooks or rails in the bathrooms to hang towels on. Altogether a great place to stay if you wanted to use it as a base to explore Montenegro, which is what we did. Thank you!

Ronduit great! Tastefully decorated, the clearest water in the world, air conditioning in the bedroom came in handy, perfect location, delicious fresh bakery around the corner, department store within walking distance, use of the subs possible,…. Highly recommended!!

A wonderful stay and a highly responsive and friendly host. Stunning view and a very comfortable and clean house. Excellent pool, comfortable bedrooms. Kitchen was well equipped. A beautiful and well kept garden added to the outdoor ambiance. We enjoyed the location of being away from the busier areas around Kotor Bay but still easy to reach the various towns and beaches/waterfronts by car, which is essential.

My family and I had a great time in Andjela's Vlla for two nights. The views are immaculate and the villa is pristine! It was nice to be in a quiet area after spending a long day in Kotor's busy streets. Overall, would highly recommend!

I returned to Turkey and everyone is asking me for the link to the house 😂 I recommend this house to everyone, be ready for Turkish guests in the coming days!

Zoran's father, Zdravko, contacted us the day before he arrived. He was extremely hospitable and friendly. He had already made all the notifications before we arrived. When we arrived, he greeted us at the door and introduced the house we would be staying in in detail. When we told him that we were on our honeymoon, his wife Tatjana baked a cake for us and even left us some drinks. This kindness made us very happy. The house was peaceful and beautiful, as shown in the photos. He had his own pool, a pier where you could swim in the sea, and even a canoe you could use. In addition, details such as bagels and game balls that you can use at sea or in the pool were also considered. The house was quite clean and equipped to meet all our needs. It also had a parking lot. If you are looking for a peaceful, private space, this is the place for you. The sunset and the view were truly breathtaking. We thank Zdravko and Tatjana again! :)

My wife and I spent 2 days at Nikola’s place and used it as our base for exploring the wonderful Skadar lake. The home itself is cosy, peaceful and well equipped for a few nights away. A kind of mini cabin with lots of charm, away from all the hustle and bustle. The drive from Virpazar can be a little tense as the roads are very narrow in places due to the remoteness of the accommodation so be sure to have a confident driver with you. Nikola was proactive and responsive in his communications. Always kind and courteous. All in all, we had a great stay!

Great place to stay in, great host. Lovely view from the balcony, quiet place, very well equipped kitchen and apartment in general. Relatively vacant beach in June, plus two more remote beaches available by foot. Good opportunity to walk to and from the beach and not get lazy while on vacation. We found at least 3 shortcuts to the embankment. We would definitely stay here again during the next visits to Petrovac.

This place was magical and beat our high expectations.

The host is truly amazing. If you’re planning to visit Montenegro, there’s no need to make a detailed plan—before you even enter the house, the host has already thought of everything and provides all the information via message. For us, he was more like a guide than just a host. We stayed with our family, and the house has everything you need—portable internet, a Netflix subscription, swimming equipment, and more. By the way, there’s no parking problem either.

Branko was a stellar host. He responded very quickly to all our queries we had and made sure we felt very comfortable. He knows the bay and surrounding area very well so use his knowledge to plan your day trips! Lots of nice touches too, we especially liked the drinks fridge and bicycles for us to use, cycling down either side of the bay was our favourite day. We will be recommending this place to all people heading to Kotor!

A great flat with a lovely terrace that is a 15 minute walk from the centre of town. We recommend Buljarica beach which is a longer walk away but a little less crowded and bigger than the closer beaches, with amazing scenery. Natasa was a wonderful host who was incredibly helpful and friendly.

Angela's turns were fast. There was a problem with one of the balcony windows, it could be dangerous for families with children.

We had a lovely stay here. The host provided detailed check in instructions, great parking, very clean and comfortable place. Easy walk into Virpazar. Would 100% recommend.

We had a great stay at Marko's. He is super friendly, does this really clearly with heart and soul and wants nothing more than for you to have the best possible time in Virpazar and by extension the whole country. He is happy to give tips without wanting to impose anything and is immediately ready to help you where necessary or desired. In addition, he makes delicious wine and Rakija, which he is happy to let you taste, and he is happy to take you with his boat on the lake where he shows you the most beautiful places. Absolute top experience and absolute recommended and definitely worth it to let yourself be completely immersed in the beautiful surroundings!

Perfect. A little far from Kotor on foot. But we had the car. A little off-road, but then it's perfect. The apartment is great. Thank you.

Great apartment and comfortable stay

We had a fantastic stay! The views over Kotor Bay were absolutely stunning, especially at sunset – truly unforgettable. The pool was perfect for a refreshing dip after a day exploring, and there were delicious restaurants nearby. The apartment had everything we needed and more – so comfortable and well-equipped. Irena was an incredible host, going out of her way to send us loads of helpful information and recommendations. We felt so well looked after throughout our stay. Great apartment with a beautiful view! Popular destinations are within easy walking distance, as well as supermarkets and a shopping center. We had a great time in Kotor at this apartment.

Natacha is an amazing host! She shared so many great recommendations and provided us with detailed itineraries including directions and local gems. She is the best host we have ever had on Airbnb and hope we have the chance to go do it again! The apartment was perfect - both inside and out. The view and patio were outstanding.

We've just had an amazing stay at Jovana's. The apartment is decorated beautifully and was extremely clean. The highlight though was the terrace which has the most beautiful view across the bay, I could've sat there all day watching the world go by! We managed to find the apartment relatively easily and it was perfect having the parking garage to park our rental car. It's an easy and quick walk to Kotor old town which is stunning and has so many restaurants/shops. Though of course with the apartment being uphill, the walk back was tougher, but still not too bad! Jovana was extremely pleasant to communicate with and very accommodating with our schedule. Overall, a perfect stay and would recommend to all! 🙂
