Monthly Rentals in Rikers Island

There aren’t enough characters to describe Glenys and her beautiful property! Walking distance to everything local and near by transportation is a breeze! Street parking is no problem at all with no alternate side street parking. She was super responsive and helped me with anything and everything I needed! (Which wasn’t much) This Airbnb was Beyond what was expected. Don’t hesitate to stay here if this place is available!

I enjoyed my stay here. It felt like the perfect balance of communication and check-ins from the host as needed, but also privacy, peace of mind, comfortability, and flexibility to make the room feel like my own! It's located in a lovely neighborhood with lots of greenery, buses and the ferry point, food spots like Smashburger, Jimmy's Pizza, Jamaican food trucks. This place is great for someone moving to NYC and needing a transition while apartment-searching (like I was). My stay was 2 months long, and I brought lots of stuff. Bodrul was so kind and willing to extend my stay if I could not find another place to move to afterwards. Thankfully, I was able to move out on-time. Bodrul was accommodating, honest and timely in responding to my texts. I had my mail sent to the house just fine and also used the kitchen and bathroom with flexibility. The sunrise-facing window was a plus! There are other tenants upstairs but I hardly even saw them. Definitely recommend & would return if needed!
