Beachfront holiday rentals in Rikkos Beach

I had a very nice short-term retreat at the property. The area is quiet and tranquile with nice garden and a pool area with great views of the Coral Bay area. The property is very clean and looked after. The owner was helpful and arranged an easy check-in despite same day booking, and the same goes for the check-out too. Overall a fantastic holiday property that I will gladly come back to in the future.

We had a lovely stress free stay at Al’s place. The flat is nice, well equipped and the view from the living room balcony is stunning with amazing sunset. Al was always responsive and helpful. Great place to stay, highly recommend. :)

We visited Paphos for our friend’s wedding locally and we are so glad we found Svetlana’s place to stay. We enjoyed sitting by the pool most of the time and nearby walks along the beach. Some nice family friendly restaurants nearby too. We had a great week.

great spacious house in a great location. good sized personal use pool that is not over looked. House was clean, beds comfy, 3 showers/bathrooms to help with bigger groups. Peaceful but close enough to restrraunts and bars if you want them. Nice views from the roof terrace, great stay and will be back!

We have stayed at the villa twice now and had a great time. The hosts are responsive to any issues, but not intrusive at all. The location is great in a nice development with Legends restaurant and shops closeby for evryday essentials and handy for the 615 bus if you want to get to Coral bay or Paphos without driving.

Mark was the perfect host nothing was too much trouble, very responsive to any questions we had. He had taken the time to send over some great recommendations for local restaurants and bars for us to visit too. Along with recommendations for best places to get some shopping, bus stops and generally getting around. House was fantastic, really easy to check in, spotlessly clean, lots of amenities, kids loved the pool ❤️. The location of the villa was perfect, close enough to get everywhere but peaceful and relaxing away from the hustle of paphos. One week wasn’t enough and our kids are already asking when we can go back.

L’appartamento di Elena è’ perfetto per una coppia ! La vista e’ stupenda e la sera si sentono le onde del mare dalla camera da letto ! Coral Bay molto vicina a piedi e anche Coralia Beach un po’ più distante ma sempre raggiungibile a piedi . Elena è’ una persona super gentile r disponibile nei consigli, negli aiuti ecc. ecc. L’appartamento molto pulito, bel terrazzo per aperitivi o cene !

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like coffee and local recommendations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We are satisfied with our stay. It is a small place, but enough for 2 people for a short stay ( we stayed for 4 nights). 10 mins walking distance to coral bay beach and a lively street full of restaurants yet inside a residential complex so it’s calm. The kitchen was equipped for simple cooking and there’s a nespresso machine. Functioning AC, tv and sofa. My only concern was the ants problem ( which i also saw in another review). We bought some fruits and it attracted some ants coming from outside. So it’s a bit annoying to have to really be careful on not leaving any food or crumbs.

Great apartment in a great location. The outside space is such a bonus. The terrace is huge and a great place to all eat together, and the roof terrace has such a great view. There are a few restaurants within walking distance (we really liked Pepperoni Pizza) and it’s only a 10 minute drive into Paphos which has so many bars and restaurants to choose from. There is also a lovely sandy beach about a 7 minute drive from the apartment called Coral Bay where we hired jet skis. Each bedroom in the apartment has a sea view and is very well equipped. The host was very responsive and helpful and provided clear instructions. I highly recommend this apartment (well it’s more like a 3 storey house than an apartment) and would definitely stay again.

Such a good experience! We needed an alternative quickly cause of a problem at the previous Airbnb and Dovi answered right away, making the check-in a breeze. The apartment is newly renovated and well-equipped. The neighborhood has walkable restaurants, bars and sights. Bus stop and free parking are right out front. Highly recommended, thank you so much!

Jedna z najlepszych ofert w Pafos, mieszkanie czyste i wyposażone we wszystko co potrzeba nawet na dłuższy pobyt, 10 minut do piaszczystej plaży, spokojna okolica, bezproblemowy parking, w bliskiej okolicy wysoko oceniane lokale gastronomiczne, Michael bardzo komunikatywny i pomocny 10/10 nie może być inaczej.

What a Great place to enjoy and relax. we spent a week here, and it defiantly exceeded our expectations. wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect villa. Thanks again, Ekaterina.

Wir durften 10 Tage in der wunderschönen Unterkunft bei Diana bleiben. Sie war super sauber und wirklich schön. Wir hatten einen super Blick aufs Meer vom Balkon aus. Restaurant waren direkt bei uns, und man hat ca 40 min zu Fuß zur Stadt gebraucht. Ein kleiner Busbahnhof war in 15 min erreichbar, mit dem man für 2€ überall hinfahren kann. Zum Strand nach Venus Beach braucht man nur 10 min. Rinn Lidl gibt es auch, der sich auf dem Weg zum Strand befindet. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Es war eine Reise nach Pafos wert, denn alles war wunderbar. ☺️

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Frank qui nous a fait un super accueil ainsi que sa femme. Le logement était très propre et tout équipé. Il est très bien situé pas loin de la plage et restaurants et il y a une magnifique piscine à disposition. Je vous recommande vivement ce logement si vous voulez passer un agréable moment. Un GRAND merci à Frank et sa femme pour leur accueil, bienveillance et gentillesse 😀 Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

The Apartment was Great! Very clean and in the Perfect area. 200 Meter and we were directly at the ocean. The Perfect Spot. Everywhere around the Air Bnb we had Restaurants and Bars. 100% the right choice! See you again.

Miejsce idealne dla rodziny z dziećmi lub grupy znajomych. My podróżowaliśmy w dwie rodziny, dom jest na tyle duży i ma korzystny rozkład pokoi, że każdy miał swoje miejsce. Widać że dom mimo że ma swoje lata, jest zadbany, wyposażony we wszystko czego potrzebujesz podczas wakacji (duży plus za zabawki na plażę i pistolety wodne :D). Przestrzeń wspólna czyli salon, kuchnia, taras - duże i wygodne, urządzone w ciekawym stylu ;) Okolica jest bardzo spokojna, dobrze skomunikowana, blisko do przystanku z lotniska, do promenady i plaży 5 min na pieszo. Jedyna rzecz która nas zdziwiła, to brak ciepłej wody w godzinach porannych - okazało się że jest możliwe podgrzewanie elektryczne, ale gospodarz poinformował nas o tym dopiero kolejnego dnia. Ale ogólnie podobało nam się na tyle, że będąc kiedyś w Pafos na pewno wybralibyśmy to miejsce ponownie :)

Nagyon szép, rendezett és tiszta lakás. Minden megfelelt a leírásnak. Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése, közel van a part, éttermek, kikötő minden lehetőség adott a pihenésre és programokra.

The house is very beautiful, clean, spacious. There are several terraces, so according to the sun we could choose where to sit. There was everything we needed, and something extra, jacuzzi on the terrace. I recommend this magical place to everyone. Near the beach, super beach bar, very good restaurant, bus connection to the center a few meters from the accommodation. The big advantage is the close connection to the airport. Okay. If you want to be in the centre of the action within a few steps of bars, restaurants or shops nothing comes better than this! Don’t worry the noise outside doesn’t carry into this studio apartment. It’s in a bustling area but the sounding proofing inside is more than adequate Presentation was 5/5. Lovely layout. Exactly as the images portray. Massive tv. Lovely bathroom. Super little kitchen. For me it was tight. For two it’s a squeeze. It’s a studio. It’s small. So if you are looking for space as a priority this isn’t it. Watch the world pass by as you sit sipping a glass of wine on the balcony. Thats what this is about! I thought I was treated superbly by the team looking after the property. Couldn’t fault them for helping with anything I required. Simply super Italian restaurant literally 5m away. Best pizza I’ve had in years! Go! So there you go. That’s my vibe on this. Oh and parking was superb so don’t worry if you have a car. There is lots of space in the rear.
