Beautiful apartment uniquely located with stunning views of Murcia cathedral. Situated in the heart of the old town it provides a perfect base to enjoy the vibrancy of Murcia's historic centre. It is only short walk to numerous shops, bars and restaurants, so you are never more than a few steps away from everything you need. The apartment is newly decorated with a boutique hotel feel whilst also being cozy and welcoming. It is also perfectly located to view the processions in Holy Week.

Miguel Angel was super nice to us, he waited for us on the same street and advised us on many aspects since it was the first time we visited Murcia. The apartment was impeccable, just as shown in the photos. An extra point is that it had a supermarket very close by. A very positive experience. I would definitely repeat.

I loved it, it's a super cozy apartment and everything was super clean. Regarding the area, I slept soundly and there were no noises or anything. The host was super helpful, it was a pleasure. If we return, we will not hesitate to contact Airbnb and Joaquin. Thank you very much.

About 15-20 minute walk to downtown, was just a 1 night stop to break our journey. Did not feel particularly welcome in Murcia as a tourist but this is nothing to do with accommodation but a general observation for tourists. Few small issues at the property but Jesus apologised and they did not really impact our stay. The apartment itself is finished to an extremely high standard.

It's been an amazing experience. The host was really nice and proactive in advising how we could check-in and get into the place. Also recommended the location of additional parking spaces which we needed as we were a large group. The communication was really easy but even more, the place was amazing. The location was great, in front of a beautiful park, and at walkable distance from all the touristic places and Murcia city centre. The apartment is huge, comfortable, and very nicely furnished, with plenty of storage room, comfy beds and sofas, and even a studio where 2 people could work remotely from. The terrace is fantastic and I only wish we have had more time to enjoy it. Next time I'm back in Murcia, I'll repeat this place. 100% would recommend.

The apartment was very clean, modern, and well equipped for a long stay. It had two double beds and both were very comfortable. A very nice park was located across the street, which was great for relaxing and would be good for guests with children. The view of the park from the apartment was nice, and quiet. Having a full grocery store on the ground floor was very convenient. Also, it is only a 5 minute walk to the regional bus station (very convenient!) and within easy walking distance (1-2km) of the cathedral, market, restaurants, bars and other key sites. 100% recommend!

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Right in the heart of Murcia. High street shops on the doorstep. No end of lovely restaurants to choose from. Our favourite was Mercado de Correos - Gastronomic. A must visit if you are nearby. We had a lovely short stay in Murcia. Maria is an excellent host and we look forward to coming back.
