Cute place- looked just like the pictures! Plenty of parking, easy check in and out. Would stay here again.

We loved our stay! The house was very comfortable. A/C in every room The backyard space was so nice to hang out in every evening. Had everything we wanted out there from lounge chairs to a hammock, plenty of tables and chairs and even a shower/bathroom and BBQ grill!! The kayaks, paddle boards, snorkel gear and beach chairs/cooler were so convenient. The short trip out to the little island was a treat! The view and location right on the water was the highlight of the place! We absolutely loved it and had such a fun memorable stay!

This was our 2nd time staying at Rosa’s place and both times was amazing and as described. It was clean, felt like we were home. Would definitely recommend.

We loved the location of this place. It was less than a 5 minute drive to where all the action was but in a quiet safe community. It was a 2 minute walk to the beach from the condo and you could walk on the beach about 20 minutes to restaurants. The place was clean and had everything you needed. We definitely appreciate the beach chairs and umbrella. There are several different beaches within a 20 minute drive that are worth checking out. This place was centrally located, had all the amenities you needed for a beach trip and had a welcoming and relaxing feel.

Brian was very proactive in his communication. I appreciate that he allows check in at 1pm and check out at 12pm. His apartment is close to Crash Boat, the Aguadilla Airport, supermarkets, restaurants, and gas stations. It was an excellent location for my stay with my son.

Staying here was wonderful. My two boys had a blast in the pool. The house and all photos are true to what they show. victor was a great host and took care of all or our needs/questions. I'm from FL and My mother in law and husband are from PR and raved about this place. Its the perfect puerto rican beach house! The location is perfect. Beach is a short walk and for a kid friendly beach is a short drive down the road. Lots of sweet neighbors, great areas for walking and running because it is a dead end. Very quiet area. I loved drinking my coffee on the patio. Sunset is magical! Restaurants and stores are within 5-10 minute drive. Food trucks, beachfront bars and restaurants. We got to see 3 beaches and a waterfall while staying here. Thank you for making our trip STRESS FREE!! So much is within a short drive. We will be back soon!

The property is beautiful. Easy to access and host was very responsive. Although, for the price we paid a few things that we dealt with should not have been an issue. 1. The grill needs to be replaced. It’s broken, the wheel on the bottom of the grill broke off and now is being used as a support stand. So when you’re grilling you have to hold the grill so it doesn’t lean forward, if there is wind this is extremely unstable. 2. We had to go buy batteries for the remote for the tv outside. Again not a big deal but something we shouldn’t have to do. 3. When we got to the house at 5 am tired from our long night of flying, the pillows cases in the master bedroom were stained and had a stench to them. We had to wrap the pillows in our blankets just because we needed to get some rest. The next day we purchased our own pillows. Again, just an inconvenience. I do want to mention I messaged the host and they did offer to bring fresh pillow cases the next day. Little inconveniences.

Beautiful place, with excellent amenities and amazing view. We had a wonderful time with our friends and family, visiting from US. Felix was a great host, super friendly and attentive. We definitely recommend this amazing property!

Great place that we stayed at for a week! Pictures looked just like it did in person. Any issues that we had Victor responded fast and or sent help for our issues. Clean, pool was GREAT. Right by the beach. I would definitely stay here again!

I had a fantastic stay! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. Carolina was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing great local recommendations and making sure everything went smoothly. The location was perfect—quiet, safe, and close to everything. Maritza was a great host and the place was perfect for our family. The location next to montones beach is probably the best family beach I have ever been to. The water is crystal clear and there's good waves for boogie boarding on one side and a great spot for younger kids in the pocito on the other side, plus some good snorkeling with lots of fish to look at. The condo had everything we needed and even with a power outage that was island-wide Maritza made sure we had a battery powered fan at night. The pool is also great and very kid friendly. Everyone else staying in the condos around us were nice and made the stay even better. It was exactly what I was hoping for our PR trip.

The Airbnb was fantastic, offering a cozy and clean space that felt like a home away from home. The amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen and fast Wi-Fi, made it perfect for both relaxation and productivity. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

Second time staying here and it has been great both times, everything is clean and organized. The host Saul is great , responds quick, very welcoming person and profesional. Looking forward on our next stay at Saul’s place!

Feel at home and even better. A private, quiet place, with no noise. Excellent space for small families. A well-organized and beautiful apartment. Super awesome surroundings. The pool area is always clean. I recommend them and hope to return soon!!!!
