This is a beautiful place, right on the ocean, with beautiful views. So well equipped with everything you need. The gift food basket with local products and well stocked pantry was very welcoming. So many products in the bathroom and even extra towels and linens if you need them. Also was stocked with laundry supplies. Szuszi, the host was very responsive and proactive. Like many places right on the ocean, it did have a musty smell. This was fine for us, but may not be for those that are sensitive. We loved being able to walk along the beach and also around the nature preserves. It was a short drive into town and we enjoyed the recommendations left by the host for where to get groceries, get food, and local sites. We would definitely stay here again.

We spent a long week At The Dunes. We come back to Pajaro Dune at all opportunities we have to recharge in this wonderful wild and inspiring place. The apartment was everything we needed for 2 people. I loved the coffee beans and grinder, I used it every morning. The place has a balcony and windows right over the ocean view. The only change I would recommend is a better and bigger bed.

The property was advertised. The location was perfect and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook, granted you bring all of the ingredients needed to cook. The views were perfect, and the patio area was huge compared to the other units. Check in was super simple as was check out. I will definitely be back.

Great place for my daughter and grandson to stay when they were here for a visit. Will rent again!

We stayed with a family of seven for 3 days and the place was spot on. we loved everything about the place, the proximity to the beach, the pool, all the places that you can walk around, proximity to the closest beaches and places that you can chill with family and friends. would highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The beachside location was unbeatable, and the family-friendly heated pool and hot tub were a big hit with everyone. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway, and we’d love to come back again. Highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed here for our one year wedding anniversary and it was such a beautiful place to stay! Supper cozy and romantic! Even better in person than the pictures! All of the large windows overlooking the ocean was so awesome! And you can go to sleep listening to the ocean waves! This place is literally right on the beach! Like steps away which was awesome! And only like 15 min drive from Santa Cruz! The check in & check out process was super easy which was great! We did have a problem with ants wanting to attack the kitchen but other than that we have no complaints! Thank you!

Location, location, location! In the heart of Santana Row. So much to do and pretty central to other places and things to do!!

Everything was great! The unit had everything you could possibly need for a trip (stocked bathroom, stocked kitchen, tons of extra towels and blankets). The neighborhood was also very quiet, which was great because we're light sleepers. I would definitely recommend this spot and would stay again.

Setting is in a more urban residential area. Still, it was quiet and private. I appreciated the proximity to family I was visiting. Thank you for making this comfortable location available. Rick

Good value, nice location, and nice setup for a short stay. It is right on a busy street but it is quiet inside.

This was an ideal place for me as it was a close, scenic drive to where I was participating in a 3 day dog sports event. The home was quiet, clean, inviting, had all the amenities and a very comfortable bed. I loved having the private outside patio. I especially enjoyed being welcomed by Gary and Irene who were a most delightful couple and gracious hosts.

The view of the ocean was amazing, and and the resort property, restaurant, pools and walking paths were all excellent. Another thing we appreciated was that we didn’t have excessive steps to do to be able to leave. We had an amazing time and plan to come back!

This was a fantastic place to stay!! The only odd aspect was an 8:00 pm curfew. Otherwise, it was very clean, well managed and comfortable. The view is amazing and the walk to the beach is 💯

Our favorite part was the walk to the expansive beach. The resort is very nice, and the condo was great.

Loved our stay! The view was beautiful, could hear the ocean waves, close to the pool/spa and hotel shuttle to the beach was fabulous. The room was clean and had everything we needed for us and our 2 kids. Greg’s communication was great. Will definitely book again!

The location of the condo was superb. The few minute walk to the beach was so convenient and the view was breathtaking. Everything was clean inside and the parking garage was directly around the corner. I would come here again.
