Apartment holiday rentals in Río Piedras

Angels place is located great from the airport, beaches and restaurants. Was troublesome to find at first but that was due to the gps. The place was nice and clean with wonderful A/C which was needed after a hot day at the beach. Would highly recommend booking again if I came back to PR.

I stayed at this airbnb for a week when me and my friend were traveling, it was perfect for us! The room was very spacious and we had more than enough room for our things and to hang out. The porch was one of our favorite spots to be! The outdoor seating is the best place to just sit and relax after a long day! José was an amazing host! He answered any questions and even came by the Airbnb when we were having trouble with working an appliance (which ended up just needed to have 1 button pushed) and he was very kind with every interaction over Airbnb: virtual and in person. The Airbnb is only like a 10-12 minute drive away from Old San Juan so location was pretty much perfect! I would 100% book again with Jose or this Airbnb for a trip to the island! Thank you again for letting us use your home!

Everything was perfect!

This place is located near the airport, making it super convenient and affordable to get an Uber to and from the airport and other great places like Old San Juan. The space was clean and comfortable. The bed and linens were cozy, and the air conditioner was fantastic, even on hot days. The giant TV was a huge plus. I understand what others mean about the thin walls. I could definitely hear my neighbors in the connecting apartments, but fortunately, it wasn’t too disruptive, and I was able to get a good night’s sleep. However, be mindful at night because even normal conversations can sound loud to others, so whispering is definitely recommended to avoid disturbing anyone. Overall, I highly recommend this place and would definitely book again.

I would definitely stay there again if I go to PR soon.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host provided clear instructions, making check-in and check-out super easy. Overall, it was a comfortable experience, and I’ll definitely be saving this spot for future visits.

This was my first AirBNB stay and they have set the standard so high for me. Everything was perfect. The apartment was immaculate. Not one speck of dust or hair anywhere. The cherry on top was that the parking was literally right outside the front door. The host welcomed me with treats and a beer plus waters in the fridge. I took my mom with me and I thought I wouldn’t get her to leave. My family may never have me stay over with them again cause I will be booking with Yanire from now on.

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, offering great recommendations for local spots to eat and enjoy the nightlife. The Airbnb was spotless, easy to access, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We really appreciated the extra touches like the beach chairs, towels, and cooler, which made our beach days so much easier. Check-in was a breeze thanks to the clear instructions. We’ll definitely be coming back here for our next trip to Puerto Rico! Highly recommend!

My stay here was very welcoming very peaceful and quiet felt at home I was there for 20 days and almost didn’t want to leave the bed is so comfy it almost consumes you all together 10/10 location is great it’s close to a lot gas station around the corner bank for the atm right there the beach are 8-10 mins away loved it

Lianne’s place was super nice and clean. It was colorful and we loved the patio to go outside and have some food. The neighborhood was also nice and quiet. Highly recommend!

This was an amazing stay. The pool was amazing and warm. My boyfriend and i enjoyed our stay here. Very clean and spotless. The team made sure that we had a cake and champagne (even as a last minute request) for the birthday boy and we enjoyed every bit of it. Definitely recommend.

Carmen’s place was honestly such a gem! It’s about a 15-minute drive from Old San Juan, or Carolina which I actually liked as I loved being able to walk around and feel like I was part of the neighborhood near the locals instead of being right in the touristy center. And yes, you’ll definitely hear the chickens. Lol. But that is what makes Puerto Rico such a fun place to visit! The chickens were honestly one of my favorite parts of the trip! They reminded me every day to get some fresh air, which I really appreciated. There were a few local eating places, a supermarket and even a gas station nearby so I could grab what I needed. The house itself was great. It was super clean, smelled amazing, and had way more space than I expected. As a student, I was so grateful for the little study area. It made it really easy to get work done when I needed to. Also, the wifi was fast and reliable. This place is definitely a great value, and if I come back to PR, I’m 100% staying here again!

Pedro’s place was in a quiet neighborhood. His instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Cozy little place with exactly what we needed for our stay.

Gorgeous spot, very easy beach access, beautiful view, night life next door walking distance, walking distance to many stores and restaurants! Overall a great experience and if I have the blessing to come back to PR, i will stay here. 100% recommending to my peers.

I really enjoyed my stay at Luis’ Airbnb! The space was clean and cozy, and the bed was super comfortable. The highlight of the trip was definitely the hot tub; it was the perfect way to relax and unwind. Luis was a great host and made sure all of our needs were met. I also loved blow it was so close to the airport. Would absolutely stay here again!

Loved staying here. The apartment was nice and spacious. It was easy to find and easy to get into. Jhensen accommodated with early check in so we were able to drop our bags offs and go explore puerto rico. Everyone we met around was super friendly as well. Jhensen communicated quickly and clearly any time we had questions. Such an amazing stay and very close to many of the places we went.

Very nice place to stay

This place was perfect for us! It was very private, beautiful views of the city and ocean below, without the craziness of the city. My only suggestion would be to get softer pillows. The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows were very hard. Other than that, we will definitely be back🥰 Thank you, Carmen, for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Provided address, key code and WiFi prior to our arrival making it easy to request Uber from the airport and readily access our room upon arrival. 24/7 security and attendant at front desk. Historic fort site right across from our balcony. Nice beds. Nice shower. Great A/C. Conveniently located right upstairs of the pool. Walkable to 2 nearby beaches. Condado beach is a little further down Ashford Avenue yet still walkable. Snorkeling right in front of building with lots of tropical fish, starfish and turtles. Easy Uber access pick-up/drop-off steps away by the Caribe Hilton. Definitely a nice unit and wonderful stay. Thank you Wandy and Hernan for making us feel welcomed and checking in to be sure we were enjoying our stay.

Very cozy and peaceful. The jacuzzi was perfect to wind down at the end of the day and the bed was extremely comfortable. Hosts were quick to respond and attentive. Definitely recommend to stay here!
