We have full power generator and water cistern. The hot tub maximum temperature is 85 degrees, if power goes out it will take time to warm up again.

It's about 7-10 minutes drive from the San Juan International Airport, and near to many malls, beaches (NOT walking-distance), restaurants. You will have ONLY the FIRST floor of the Chalet for yourself (it's considered an entire place stay). The owner will be living on the second floor of the Chalet, but it does have its own private entrance. Guests will NOT have access to the Balcony.
