Family-friendly holiday rentals in Río Piedras

We had a wonderful stay in Puerto Rico! The location was perfect — close to the beach, restaurants, and everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The space was clean, comfortable, and just as described. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. We’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The house was in a great location. Minutes from the the beach and restaurants. Super secure with gated access. The house was super clean and great to have a pool for the hot days. Great spot for some family fun.

This was a perfect place for our group of 3. It was a very convenient location and had a beautiful beach right outside the building. The apartment was clean and enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home! The space was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully decorated, it truly felt cozy and welcoming. You can tell the place is cared for with attention to quality and detail. Our host was also very responsive and helpful, quick to reply to questions. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and charming place!

Provided address, key code and WiFi prior to our arrival making it easy to request Uber from the airport and readily access our room upon arrival. 24/7 security and attendant at front desk. Historic fort site right across from our balcony. Nice beds. Nice shower. Great A/C. Conveniently located right upstairs of the pool. Walkable to 2 nearby beaches. Condado beach is a little further down Ashford Avenue yet still walkable. Snorkeling right in front of building with lots of tropical fish, starfish and turtles. Easy Uber access pick-up/drop-off steps away by the Caribe Hilton. Definitely a nice unit and wonderful stay. Thank you Wandy and Hernan for making us feel welcomed and checking in to be sure we were enjoying our stay.

What an awesome, eclectic apartment! Right in the middle of all the old San Juan has to offer. Cyrus went over and above in describing the place with videos, written instructions throughout the home and also a video on how to check in (you need to walk thru a small shop). Even with an unexpected 11:30pm arrival…we easily found the place, lockbox and our way into the apartment. While in the middle of bars and restaurants and lively nightlife, once in the room- we had a quiet and peaceful sleep. If you want to be in the middle of all that old San Juan has to offer…this is the place!!!

Our stay was fantastic! The location is incredibly walkable. The area is full of great restaurants, so dining out was a breeze and enjoyable. Plus, having beach access right nearby was a huge plus — we enjoyed spending time relaxing by the ocean. The pool was perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing, and the bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful nights sleep. Overall, a wonderful place to stay for a relaxing getaway!

Love the place! Great location, great space, clean and modern. The AC was fantastic. Very private and peaceful. I used to live in Old San Juan and I know it can get noise at night, and here, didn’t hear anything. My kids said the sofa bed was so comfortable. Can’t wait to be back! Thank you!

Excellent Airbnb, centrally located near shops and restaurants and a quick drive to Old San Juan. The shared garden is lovely. Highly recommended!

Nilda was an exceptional host. It was just my husband and I and the apartment was perfect for two guests. She was very responsive and was kind enough to let us know some details regarding construction near by and conditions of the building. Very clear instructions and directions for check in and check out. Everything you would need but might forget when you’re on vacation is provided with this Airbnb. We arrived 5 hours prior to our check in time and she let us check in early which was very helpful. Also provided us with the option of checking out late to help accommodate with our departure, although we still left at check out time it was very thoughtful of her. I’d book her Airbnb again.

Beautiful and spacious house in a really excellent location. It's a central, walkable neighborhood, but not as touristy as the adjacent Condado. Perfectly comfortable in the mid-day heat with the AC units in the living room and each bedroom. Great food and culture options nearby, and a show 3 minute drive or 20 minute walk to great urban beaches. The only issue we had on our stay was that some of the windows do not have glass - only storm shutters and screens - and there were some loud noises which kept us up in the night (loud stereo systems, revving cars, and the tiny but shockingly loud Coqui frog which parked right below one of the windows).

I absolutely loved my stay at this Airbnb in Puerto Rico! The check-in process was super easy and seamless, which made arriving stress-free. The place had everything I needed and more—beach chairs, towels, and all the little amenities that make a stay comfortable and convenient. Eva’s was in a prime location with lots of options for dinner and entertainment. The high speed internet helped me remain connected to work. The place was super clean with all of the features one need during a beach vacation. The price was super affordable for the area. Will be back.

We enjoyed a 4 night stay in this extremely clean and comfortable studio. It had everything you need, including beach towels and mats. Very easy access to the pool (right in front) and the beach (a few feet away). We love this area for the ease of access and the beach and this place was perfect. We went to el Viejo San Juan, just a short uber ride away, and were able to shop at the Pueblo supermarket nearby. The building is very safe and well maintained, and quiet despite being busy. Gracias!

From booking, Isabel was incredibly communicative and helpful. The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and the location was so convenient to the beach, walkable to restaurants, and centrally located to be able to explore. The view from the rooftop pool was spectacular, and the outdoor space was so relaxing. If (when) we come back, we will stay here again. I loved every minute.
