This was a great place. Safe neighborhood. Short walk to all of the great restaurants and attractions. Would definitely book again.

Loved our Xochi apartment we called home for a week during Dia de Muertos! The neighborhood was so nice and the walk to Centro and Jalatlaco was perfect. The apartment was very clean and private. The bed, shower and kitchen pristine and comfortable. Loved the comped breakfast right out the back door to the restaurant. Perfect! I highly recommend this wonderful place to anyone staying in Oaxaca. Can’t wait to return!

everything was excellent, the place was perfect for my needs and the area where the place is located is super quiet, the check-in and check-out was super easy thanks to the host. The accommodation fully met my expectations.
