Great accommodation and wonderful location! The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, has comfortable bed and pillows, great bath towels. Arsênio was clear in the previous information and, during the stay, it was also super helpful. The beach in front is delicious, is on the best stretch between the urban beaches of João Pessoa and has a bar with chairs, sun umbrellas and good snacks just steps away from the apartment. I highly recommend you stay!

The stay at the Co-House with Wanderley was excellent! The place is super clean, organized and exactly as in the photos of the ad, which already starts very well. Communication was quick and straightforward, and he was extremely receptive from the start. A special highlight was his care in preparing a document with several tips, useful information and suggestions for tourist places in João Pessoa, which is very helpful, especially for those who are getting to know the city. Wanderley was always available and attentive, which made all the difference in the experience. I'll definitely come back more often!

Eric’s place was very clean and comfortable, a short walk from the beach, and a short drive to restaurants, shopping, more beaches, tourist locations, and everything you could want while on vacation in Joao Pessoa. I lived in João Pessoa for a while and now I brought my husband to meet. We researched MANY places to stay and this was what caught our attention. It was a unique experience, the host is extremely helpful, it met all our needs and the reception when we arrived was unlike anything I've ever seen in my life. The room view is BEAUTIFUL, and it's an excellent place to stay here. Voltaria many times and stay again! You can book without concern!

Being at Casa Aratu is more than spending the weekend in a beach house. But it is to be in a lost paradise, to get in touch with nature, it is to feel freedom within the short space-time. Casa Aratu brings in itself peace and connection with nature. City Council brings tranquility and calmness. The fishing village is a charm and, although it does not have as much infrastructure, this is the fact that it turns the place into a spectacle. Gabriela welcomed us in an incredible way by always being very helpful and assisting us in the doubts of how to proceed. I will return more often if my life allows. And when that happens I hope to find Casa Aratu with the same peace I found this time.

The stay at Bella Casa was wonderful! The house is very cozy, beautiful and well-equipped. The location near the sea made all the difference, as it made our experience even more enjoyable, because it is ventilated and we could hear the sound of the sea.💌

They were great days of rest and contact with nature, the space is great, very ventilated and the kitchen has all the necessary items. Everything matches the photos and is better in person. Adriana welcomed us, gave us useful information and was very friendly and helpful, the check-in and checkout was super smooth. We will return as soon as possible.

the house is very good, there is a lot of space when I went, there was no internet, which was a huge discomfort, but the host is very good, she offered reimbursement for the service that was not available. There were also a lot of power outages, although the house had nothing to do with the city's structure problems.

The location is excellent, right in front of the beach, next to the Cabo Branco park, close to excellent restaurants. Maria was very kind and allowed early check in and check out later which helped us a lot due to the flight schedules. The city is wonderful, with spectacular infrastructure. We love the days we spent in the city.

The rent went to my parents, they loved the stay and will definitely come back.

The stay was very good and quiet. Romualdo was very helpful and always responded quickly. We learned at the last minute that the pool was under maintenance and it was the only disadvantage, otherwise it was excellent!

Amazing experience in João Pessoa! Our stay was wonderful. The apartment exceeded all expectations: clean, organized, comfortable, well-structured and with an excellent location in Manaíra, one of the best neighborhoods in the capital. It is close to the beach, Manaíra Shopping, pharmacies, bakeries, snack bars, restaurants, Pão de Açúcar market and UPA. Excellent value for money. It is complete: washing machine, microwave, stove, sandwich maker, blender, TV, air conditioning, hot shower, bed linen and clean towels. It has a double bed, a single bed with an auxiliary bed, a sofa bed, a dining table and all kitchen utensils. The building is safe, monitored, with a great parking space and a quiet and family environment. The hostess was impeccable: polite, helpful, receptive, kind and always available. We feel welcomed and at home. We'll definitely be back!
