Excellent location on Bessa, facing the sea, near Bessa Brasil, with a bakery very close by, the beach ahead is great for bathing, with sunny guard for rent, great to go with children. We had a great stay here! The apartment and especially the rooftop view and pool are gorgeous, and the location is amazing! Safe and directly on the beach. Carolina is also very helpful and responsive! Just one tiny room for improvement: The link to open the door is quite slow, maybe another form of (digital) key would be good!

Comfortable, comfortable, extremely clean, well cared for, smells and all equipped with a very tasty balcony. Exactly as in the advertised photos. The building is perfect, clean, well located in front of the beach, offers a gym, a wonderful pool and a very nice area to rest at the rooftop. Host Jaqueline is great, very attentive, help, ask questions, respond super fast, gave us great tips. Our stay was perfect, I highly recommend it and we'll be back for sure!!!

New building and very well located in front of the beach and there is a block from the Mag mall, offers a well-equipped gym, swimming pool, coworking and laundry. Well-equipped and furnished apartment. Very comfortable and quiet. Because it is a side apartment and has a building right next to it, it does not have much privacy and does not receive sunlight.

We were surprised by some treats left by the host. We need iron and we were serviced promptly. The host also relaxed the check out so that it would be more comfortable to meet us. Great experience.

A beautiful, fragrant, clean, airy, super well located flat. Brunna is super attentive. Everything is perfect. We have investments in Intermares and we will return more often to monitor the progress of the works. And, of course, we will stay with Rosarita again.

Although the house is in need of maintenance in some respects, our stay was pleasant and the host responded with agility and cordiality.

The experience was great from beginning to end. The house is very cozy, complete, safe and very clean. The internet is good, the beds are comfortable, there are towels and toiletries on site. All Ares-Conditioners work perfectly. The house also has ample space for guests. I don't have anything to complain about. Note 10/10. Suggestion: the pool could have all the jets from the hydromassage area working, and a heating system would be interesting. When I went, it was raining and the water was very cold. There could also be a bigger TV in the living room. But, of course, this does not compromise the stay at all — it's just a suggestion.

EXTRAORDINARY experience! My Airbnb stay was just perfect! The space was spotlessly clean, well decorated and exactly as shown in the photos. The location is excellent, close to tourist attractions and shops. In addition, GUILHERME was extremely attentive and helpful, always available to help with any questions. Our stay was great. The entire family accommodated well. The house is very large and matches the photos of the ad. It is very close to the beach, which by the way is great. Mr. Edson replied responded quickly, was kind and, also, very flexible at checkout. The house needs some punctual improvements, but nothing much. We intend to return soon.

Hosts were super attentive, the house was super organized. The townships left chocolates, soda and juice. The house had all the basic utensils, super clean pool, including the house is much more beautiful in person than in the pictures, beautiful architecture, super airy house and comfortable .
