Fully equipped accommodation with Wifi and renovated in 2020, located on the 4th and top floor with elevator of the Chabrières 1 residence (with caretaker). Accommodation that can accommodate a maximum of 9 people ( 2 couples and 5 children for example). In summer, outdoor swimming pool and 2 private tennis courts at the residence.

Cozy apartment T2 of 30 m2 5 beds in recent residence 4 stars Les Balcons de Sirius with direct access to the slopes and indoor swimming pool. The apartment consists of a living room, an equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with double bed 140, a separate mountain area with bunk bed and sofa bed 1 bed. Free parking nearby. South west facing, 2 balconies on the ground floor/1st floor mountain view. My place is close to restaurants. No smoking indoor apartment with no pets.

Snow front: beautiful 25m² studio

Apartment of 25m² on the snow front, facing south, bright and refurbished located on the 1st floor of a residence. The residence has 3 exits, 2 on the snowmobile and 1 landside. A terrace with table and chairs for sunbathing. The living room is separated by a door of the bathroom, toilet, bunk beds. A closed ski room is located on level -2. Please read all the information carefully because I have anticipated a number of questions and this avoids surprises

Comfortable one bedroom apartment with pool and sauna (in operation during the opening period of Risoul 1850 station, from mid-December to mid-April and in July/August. No smoking in the apartment and our pets are not allowed in this property. This apartment is located on a high floor, which ensures you an exceptional view of the Queyras Mountains and the Parc des Ecrins .....and especially not overlooked. Apartment located at the foot of the slopes.

Elegant 60 m² duplex that can accommodate up to 10 people, renovated in 2022, in the top-of-the-range Balcons de Sirius residence, at the foot of the slopes and the center of the resort. 2 balconies.
