Villa holiday rentals in Rivas

had a great time at this place, the view and location is amazing, dishes and appliances are a bit old and run down, had no problems only thing was there’s nothing in the listing about paying if you go over a certain amount of electricity. we were 5 people in a house meant for up to 10, we were VERY mindful about keeping lights and AC off used it only at night and not even for a full night in only 2 out of 3 rooms and we still went over and had to pay extra which i couldn’t help but feel cheated out of that money. for that reason i would not return.

I had a wonderful stay at the villa near Coco Beach! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The air conditioning was a huge plus, especially in the Nicaragua weather. We really enjoyed using the BBQ and spending time in the cozy little pool — perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. The location was great, and the host made everything easy and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Hana was a great host! Her place is beautiful and modern, nicely nestled in a lush jungle environment. You can tell that she put a lot of work into her home — high quality furniture, artisan utensils, beautiful bowls and plates — the Airbnb had all the amenities you can think of, and whenever we had issues, Hana was always prompt to resolve them for us. We can’t wait to be back!

We had such a great time staying here with a group of our friends! It’s walking distance to Panga Drops which is a huge plus for any one who surfs! Rooms are spacious with a king bed which is awesome and each room has its own AC. Also, we had our toddler with us and they had a ton of stuff for us which was so helpful so definitely baby friendly for anyone bringing their kids! We spent lots of time in the pool, biking around, surfing, and hanging out at the house. Thanks so much for everything!

We had a wonderful time at this house, it had everything we were looking for, very private and literally views on views, also Courtney and the house staff were very professional and proactive, the communication was excellent! We will be happy to be back on our next trip to San Juan del Sur!

We came from a weekend with our coworkers, our arrival time was at 3:30PM, unfortunately, the house was still being cleaned, the people who were there before left it completely messy and dirty, the cleaning ladies left at 5PM, despite of that, the house is equipped with everything you need, the view was spectacular, my only feedback would be to check the lights in the rooms, they are too dim and others didn't work.

Marta and Steve were amazing hosts. From Day 1 they were helping me plan my stay, giving me advice from car rental service to restaurants and food. They have Ana, who works for them, and she is priceless! Ana was always there to help me and she assisted me on the day of my son’s wedding taking behind the scene pictures and helping me prepare and set up snacks for all the groomsmen as they took professional pictures. They made our stay in Rancho Santana even more special than it already was. The Villa was beautiful and super clean. It looks as great in real life as in pictures. The transportation company they recommended was excellent and everyone who we referred also said the same thing. Thank you so much Marta, Steve, and Ana! We appreciate opening your home to us, and making this special event all the more wonderful.

We really liked the place, the view is very nice to the sea, even the beach is close, you just have to go down a few stairs, there is a bar right in front of the beach, the place has everything you need if you want to cook, you have a beautiful view from the room. As a recommendation, bring repellent or Baygon for mosquitoes and other animals that always come out in the light, as it is a rustic place.

The home was beautiful and so was the location. We were barely home, but when we were there it was beautiful. A few things I would recommend is to make sure you have a 4x4 SUV to make getting to the property easier. The other thing would be to stop and buy some necessities, like paper towels for the kitchen. Other than that our stay was lovely. The home was way bigger than we needed, and it was 10 of us.

We were satisfied with the service, it was easy to communicate with Eduardo, excellent cleanliness, and we were super comfortable for a family of 24 people

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful beach villa in Nicaragua! The location is perfect – just steps away from the best beach, where we could enjoy stunning sunsets and the sound of the waves all day long. The villa itself is beautiful, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We felt completely secure throughout our stay, with a peaceful and safe atmosphere. An added bonus were the stairs down to the beach….which added some daily exercise. We would stay here again – it was an unforgettable experience! Highly recommend!

Pablo’s place has a beautiful view and place is spotless and spacious. For my listing I put down 14 guest and even though we had that many people there was more than enough room for everyone to get comfortable and do their thing. The person in charge of taking care of the house is Santiago, he is super friendly/reliable and fast to help guests with anything during the stay. (I hope Pablo takes good care of him!!). I would definitely recommend him to anyone and stay here again if I visit San Juan del Sur again.

Absolutely amazing experience staying at window in Las olas. 2nd time visiting hacienda iguana and I didn’t think it would be possible to top our first trip but we decided to stay at a different house and boy, this place exceeded our expectations - very clean, spacious, and directly in front of Playa Colorados. Highly recommend doing a catering option for food if you’re traveling with a group of people… ask for Martha! James was so easy to work with and we all are excited to book again next year!

I had a wonderful experience staying at Casa Cooper from the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The check-in process was seamless, and Gabriel Zamora was incredibly communicative, providing clear instructions and responding quickly to any questions I had. The space itself was exactly as described; clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. It had all the amenities I needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and comfortable beds. The private balconies and the kitchen ‘s stunning view was was breathtaking. The house wooden, charming vintage furniture, as well as its decorations really made the place feel special. I recommend this Airbnb to everyone.

Amazing Beach House! This place is absolutely wonderful. The house itself is beautiful and well-maintained, and the location is spectacular—perfect for anyone who enjoys privacy and relaxation. It's just a short walk to some fantastic restaurants, which made our stay even better. We had such a great experience and will definitely be visiting again!

The host Mary Jane was absolutely amazing. The Airbnb was beautiful, the photos did not do it justice. The house was roomy and the decor was very nice. It was in a closed off gate and private with a guard on duty every night. Mary sent so many awesome recommendations for us to go and eat. She even arranged taxis for us and was super responsive. She was very nice with my family and personable, she remembered every little details about them and accommodated my grandmother. I will definitely be back and I couldn’t recommend her enough! 10/10 experience

We had a beautiful family experience at Cara y su Casa Cartagena. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed for a weekend filled with shared meals and fun. The rustic style was absolutely charming, but what truly stood out was the incredible assistance from the cleaning and maintenance staff. They were attentive at all times and managed to resolve minor issues in record time. It was a perfect stay, and we would return without a doubt.

Mario's villa is absolutely charming, a strategic place to visit San Juan del Sur is a safe residential complex and easily accessible the view is beautiful, the place has a play area, gardens, swimming pool and a good restaurant. The villa is equipped, has air conditioning, comfortable and clean beds. Mario is an excellent host who responded kindly to our queries. We definitely hope to visit this beautiful villa again. Thanks so much for having us.

Very nice house for rest and family vacations,

We had an amazing stay here. We actually wished we had an extra day to just chill and enjoy the pool and view. Saw so many birds, monkeys, and a sloth. Def need an SUV for the area and the roads leading to the house. Also, you are in the wild, so expect critters to be around. Nothing was in our bed, and we slept fine, though! Communication was quick and easy, and everything was great. We were glad we were away from the noise of the town and figured we would have to drive to the beaches anyway, so we might as well get something with a view! 10/10 recommend!
