Holiday rentals with a fireplace in River Cetina

We had a wonderful stay at Branka’s place. The apartment was beautifully decorated, spotless, and felt so welcoming. The garden was a lovely spot to relax in the evenings, and everything was exactly as described. The location couldn’t have been better — tucked away just enough from the main streets to be peaceful, but only a few minutes’ walk to the centre, restaurants, and the waterfront. Check-in was really easy and flexible, and Branka was kind, responsive, and so accommodating. We’re very grateful for her help and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Split!

If I could give this Airbnb 10 stars, I would! Ana’s villa was the perfect stay for our group of 9. The space is large, spotless, and the backyard is stunning. We loved relaxing by the pool and feeding the cute turtles with fruit and veggies. Ana was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions, recommending restaurants, and even booking one for us. She also arranged a fantastic driver for airport transfers. On our last night, Ana and her husband, Mate, prepared a traditional Croatian meal for us, accommodating all dietary needs. They even brought a birthday cake for one of our group—such a thoughtful touch! We were truly blown away by their hospitality. We can’t say enough good things about Ana, Mate, and the villa. We were very nicely received, we were shown the accommodation and everything was explained, everything was very easy to care for and the accommodation was very clean. Due to the location, there are quite a few beetles and moths on and over night in the pool, but this was not a big problem as you have a net for the pool. The hostess is very focused on customer satisfaction and can be reached at any time. An unforgettable vacation and I and my friends would love to come back.

We had the most wonderful holiday at this villa. Mario and Daria were incredibly helpful and responsive to messages, and Daria’s mother and father who live close by went above and beyond to be hospitable too. It’s not often that you visit a place that you know whole heartedly you will return to one day- and this place was exactly that! Our daughter loved examining all the local insects and she absolutely adored the trampoline- a great bonus. I don’t think any review can do justice to how beautiful this home is. I’m so sad we weren’t able to stay longer!

we enjoyed our stay. The house is clean, large, equipped with all the comforts. Antonio was a nice host and very helpful. During our stay, June 2025, unfortunately, there was construction at 2 houses next to us, so we experienced some inconvenience. This will probably be completed quickly.

We were there for one night in transit. Zoran welcomed us warmly and was flexible with the arrival time. The apartment has a beautiful garden overlooking the sea. Everything was as described and tidy.

We had a wonderful stay here- loved the village and the local restaurants recommended- Marina is very kind and we were able to do our laundry and have a home while in Croatia- it’s a great central location for activities and sightseeing ❤️🇭🇷 we will be back

We had a delayed flight and showed up to Irenas place quite late, but her mother in law was still there to greet us and could not have been nicer. When we got into the apartment we were gifted with some smoked meats and cheeses, tomatoes and bread. Such a beautiful touch and we enjoyed every bit of it. The apartment itself was very clean, had everything we needed and beautiful scenes from the balcony. The apartment is up a hill but it's a nice walk up the hill and nothing we weren't able for. At night it was so peaceful, and waking up every morning to the sea was amazing. Irenas mother in law was very helpful and she let us know where we could find her if we needed anything. This Airbnb is one of the nicest I have stayed in and at a very reasonable cost, I can't believe we found such a hidden gem!! We would love to stay here again when we are back in Omis (we will definitely be back!) if irena and her fanily would have us. Thank you for a beautiful and perfect stay xx❤️

small but nice! The location is wonderful - right in the city but quiet. There is everything you need and it was super clean and tidy. I've never been to such a well-equipped Airbnb! Comfortable bed, air conditioning available, a place outside for breakfast. Great recommendation!

Josips place was great! The apartment was safe and comfortable. The terrace with the hot tub was great for evenings relaxing and taking in the views. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Split!

Jelena is an excellent host. The accommodation was perfect for myself and my two daughters in their twenties. So peaceful with so many beautiful and walkable beaches and restaurants. Had a fab time ❤️

We loved our short stay here. Katarina met us when we arrived even tho it was quite late. lovely apartment, very peaceful and beautiful view and surroundings. Just a short walk down to Trogir old town. Highly recommend this place.

Staying at Linda’s apartment in Split was an absolute delight. The apartment looked exactly as beautiful as shown in the pictures—spacious, spotlessly clean, and stylishly decorated with great attention to detail. Everything we could have needed was there, and we felt immediately at home. The location couldn’t have been better: just steps away from all the main sights and attractions of the city. The airport pickup went smoothly, and Baldo was incredibly kind and helpful. He shared amazing recommendations for restaurants and hidden gems around Split, which made our stay even more special. The villa was on an amazing location with beautiful nature nearby. The villa stands on a steep hill but it is definitly worth it. The host was really nice and helped on multiple occasions when we needed help. The villa itself is very spacious and very nice to stay in. Overall we were totally satisfied with this amazing stay :)

There were three of us in the villa with our daughter. The villa is very well equipped (enough towels etc.) and is very clean. The location is fantastic and the villa has great sea views and there is an easy access to the sea. At night you could also hear the sea. Our daughter enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi very much. The surroundings are very quiet and you can just relax. We lacked nothing and everything was great and perfect. The communication with Ivana was great. We would definitely gladly come back.

Lovely villa with lots of activites inside the villa. Huge garden which was nice. About 15-20 minutes taxi to downtown which we had no issue with booking and was very cheap. Gordan was a great and friendly host, answered all our questions and had great recommendations. We had a great time at his villa.

We had an incredible stay at this villa as a group of 6 friends and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The swimming pool, BBQ area, and pool table were perfect for relaxing and having fun. The space was super generous, with room for everyone to spread out comfortably. The view was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to it each day felt like a dream. A standout moment was the surprise dinner by a local chef and a lovely bottle of house wine, such a thoughtful touch. Tracey was also very responsive throughout our stay. It was a truly unforgettable getaway, and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable escape. Staying at Katarina's Airbnb was an unforgettable experience! She is an amazing, sweet, and welcoming host who truly goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. The house itself is absolutely stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and surrounded by nature. The views are breathtaking, offering a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The area is incredibly private and quiet making it the perfect retreat for anyone seeking peace and relaxation. A few things to note, be prepared to drive, as you'll need a car to navigate the narrow streets uphill leading to the property. At first, the drive can seem daunting, but soon it becomes part of the adventure. The house is powered by solar panels, so there is no air conditioning, which we knew ahead of time. Although it occasionally got quite hot, we really appreciated the eco-friendly approach and adapted to it. Overall, it was a magical stay, and we are already looking forward to our next visit ❤️🌊🫒✨

Even though the way to the accommodation was a bit adventurous, it was worth it for the view and the tranquility. We made nice memories in the accommodation and would recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely stunning place! Felt like staying in a castle or a really nice hotel that you have all to yourself! One thing to be aware of is for check-in. The address they give you is nearby, not the actual address of the place. Once you arrive, they will meet you and escort you to the place. This is to remove any confusion on finding the place. I would have liked to understand ahead of time that is what they were doing because it seemed weird when we arrived at the address and it was not what we expected. No big deal, just something to be aware of.
