Holiday rentals with a patio in River Cetina

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment, spacious balcony area perfect for a family outdoor dinner and relaxing in the hot tub. Easy walk into the old town - about 15 minutes. Marina provided clear check in instructions and recommendations on restaurants which we tried out and enjoyed! If you’re looking for a quiet place to stay and unwind after a busy day exploring then you should definitely stay here.

Our vacation in Pisak was wonderful, also due to the beautifully located apartment. Several small beaches are immediately and quickly accessible on foot. They were not very frequented and surrounded by beautiful rocks and trees. Simply fantastic. The water was crystal clear and shimmered turquoise blue. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. There was also no shortage of necessary equipment. Mario surprised us with a plate of ham and cheese and a bottle of wine. Thanks to the air conditioning, the temperatures were fine at night, you should just make sure to always leave the door to the bedroom wide open, as the device is in the hallway. A mosquito net is only on the bedroom window, a mosquito door to the balcony, would be a small suggestion. It was an unforgettable stay that we can only recommend!

We loved our stay at Ivana’s flat. The flat itself is lovely - spacious, clean and has everything you need. Great location - peaceful, but so easy to get to the centre and Diocletian’s palace. Ivana provided amazing recommendations too, and was really helpful and responsive. Only sad we couldn’t stay longer! Would definitely recommend.

Davor's place was perfect for our stay in Podstrana / Split. The apartment is stunning and the balcony was amazing. It was nice to sit out there after a day out, and listen to the ocean waves. The apartment itself is very new and clean and just beautiful. The bathrooms are especially stunning. Davor was nice enough to receive some lost luggage being delivered for us. He was also very responsive to any concerns, and there really weren't any, but he communicated in the process very well. The check out time of 10 a.m. was a little early, and I'm glad I double checked it! Split is a 20-30 trip (it's not far but traffic can be slow), so it was great to have Podstrana as a base for exploring the area. I would not at all hesitate to stay here again and again. Thank you for everything!

The apartment is perfect and is near the marina which has a few bars for a quiet night. The area is residential which we loved, shops nearby too. We asked nicely and Goran gave us somewhere to leave our cases between checkout and our onward travel. 5 minutes to the sea and nearest bar and 15-20 minutes to the busy bit. Can’t fault it. 😎

Very pleasant stay in Split in an accommodation close to the center but peaceful and relaxing.

A top apartment: super clean, quiet while being close to major roads or the bus, very comfortable bedding. And a very warm welcome from Sandra and her parents who live next door. The accommodation is very well equipped, remained cool despite the heat of the week, the covered terrace is perfect. Sandra was very accommodating with the schedules. I would recommend it 100% .

Nikola was amazingly helpful, even during some stressful situations! Would love to stay there again if in Split.

This was a beautiful spot! Martina’s property was well taken care of with gardens and flowers. Beautiful view of Omiš. Can’t wait to visit again!

I'll try to keep it short, even though I could write a lot (positively)! The house is a bit off the beaten path from Split but easy to reach and beautifully and quietly located. Supermarkets, restaurants and the motorway ramp are within easy reach. The house itself is modern and well equipped (coffee machine, wine refrigerator, ice machine). The highlight is a jacuzzi with a view of the mountains. Everything was well maintained and super clean! The garden and the pool are also fantastic, loungers, umbrellas, lounge furniture and gas grill, all available! Finally, I would like to thank our host Tina. She welcomed us warmly and always reliably, courteously and considerately looked after us and provided us with all the important information you could wish for! Thank you very much Tina! I can only recommend this house warmly, we had a great stay and hope to come back soon!

This place is absolutely like the pictures let you imagine. Peaceful und privat. It was great watching the amazing view to the Sea in the hammock with different colours at different times of the day and night. The apartment was well equipment Kitchen and clean spaces. Spacious parkingspot for even a big car. We're coming back, thanks Marko! 😊

What a great small apartment that was perfect for our stay. Everything you needed was available and even added extras. Parking was a bonus and very convenient. Zeljana met us and was very helpful with the area and wonderful. Overall great stay.

We had an amazing stay at this house! The location was perfect - calm, quiet and with a breathtakingly beautiful view. The house was very well cleaned and the kitchen well equipped, which made it easy to cook yourself. The little extra on arrival, with cheese, cold cuts and drinks was a very appreciated gesture. Especially when you arrive late, after the grocery stores have closed. The pool was lovely to cool off in and the ping pong table contributed to many fun moments. Access to a washing machine was very practical. Grocery store and restaurant were within a comfortable distance by car, which made it easy to shop and eat out if you wanted. Jasna and Jelena were available and very accommodating in communication. They arranged both a high chair and a travel bed for us, as we had a baby with us in the travel party. We can only highly recommend this accommodation and would love to return!

We stayed couple of nights here and it was just amazing. Very clean apartment with everything you need inside. Thanks to Erna & Barbara we had an amazing vacation. We recommend this place a lot!

The apartment was a great base to explore Split. We also went on day trips to Hvar and The National Park which we enjoyed. The apartment is exactly like it is in the photos and is very clean and well equipped. We appreciated the extras touches - drinks in the fridge and pastries when we arrived and toiletries and lots of towels. It is five floors up but this means the terrace has great views over the harbour. Anamarija was an excellent host and we loved our stay.

Stayed here with 2 other friends and had an absolutely amazing time, the place was spotless upon entry and the hosts provided extensive information on how to get into the place and it’s amenities. They are super responsive and helpful with any thing you may need, will definitely stay here again. Split is beautiful and this place is in walking distance of everything we needed. 5/5 stars as we have literally no complaints. Thank you for making this part of our trip unforgettable!

This is a lovely new apartment only a few minutes from everything you need: groceries, butcher, hairdresser, walking path and beach. The apartment is super clean- my #1 priority when booking. 2 balconies. Private and makes you feel like a local. The local coffee shop is really nice too. Highly recommend this property and Ivana, the property manager if fantastic and answers all questions and requests.
