Holiday rentals with a fire pit in River Nairn

My daughter, wife and I recently enjoyed 2 nights at this wonderful property. It exceeded our expectations in a number of ways. Firstly the property was exactly as represented on the site. It was very modern (beautifully appointed), very, clean and well appointed (e.g. Aesop products in every room). The spacious kitchen had the latest and greatest in appliances. What we didn't appreciate when booking was that we could access all the wonderful amenities of the Boath House estate. The grounds on which the house are located are spectacular, peaceful and quiet. The outdoor breakfast/restaurant was superb. And the dining room in the Boath House is amazing. One evening we enjoyed a gourmet 5 course dinner that we will never forget (highlight of our entire trip). And the chef came to debrief us on the entire meal at the end. A truly memorable experience all around.

We absolutely loved our stay. Lovely comfy beds and a really homely feel about the cottage. We seen a red squirrel in the garden and lots of stags just outside crossing the river. We had dinner at the Fife Arms just along thr road and had a lovely walk too. Lovely friendly host too. Thanks Team Barbarella Beets

The Doune is absolutely stunning! We loved staying here. Our family of 10 had plenty of space. Everyone felt like royalty staying here. You take a step back in time when you stay here. But, you have every modern amenity you could want. The hot tub is an incredible bonus. The location is perfect. Very close to Culloden, Clava Cairns and Inverness. Paul, you gave my family memories we will cherish forever. Thank You!

Sheila’s place is beautiful, clean and very close to all amenities. Sheila was very helpful and took time to show us the house etc. Sheila is always responsive. The house is nice and the decor was amazing. We cannot thank enough to Sheila for making our stay lovely and comfortable.

Lovely cottage, cosy, clean and tidy, nice area with local farm shop and great cafe. Good walks nearby and easy to drive to activities.

Great stay in Hilton for the family. House is clean, well provisioned, and looks like the photos. Friendly and responsive host- and the welcome pack with treats was appreciated after a long day of travel. Highly recommended if you’re visiting the area.

A beautiful old house, very well maintained. Centrally located, all within walking distance. Parking spaces in the side street. We really recommend this place!

What an amazing place! Keeping the beauty of such a historical building felt like we were stepping back in time. Lots of room for all 6 of us and especially appreciated the kitchen . In a great location to explore the outdoors . Beautiful location! We loved the place and had an amazing time! Loved the amenities especially the pool. The beauty and peacefulness of the place is hard to describe.

Angela's place in Findhorn is simply beautiful and we had everything we needed from the amazing location, to the accommodation itself being exactly as advertised to the way the apartment is decorated and furnished. Angela made everything very easy for us; it is true, she does reply within 1 hour and we felt so welcome when we arrived. The fire was lit, there was prosecco chilling and the lamps we already on. The bay in Findhorn is stunning and the apartment is right on the sea front. It's a short walk to the sandy part of the bay to see the seals and there is a lovely pub, The Kimberley, no more than 100 metres up the road. Everything was wonderful. I would highly recommend Angela's place and we will definitely stay there again when we return to Findhorn. Thank you again.

This was by far our favorite place we stayed on our trip to the highlands. Very clean, easy check-in and out, convenient location, comfortable and great for staying in or going out. The only slight hiccup we had was it took us a second to find it at first since it doesn’t have the number 24 marked on the outside of the house, so just be aware that you go in the door with the 26 on the outside and then the 24 is just inside. Great place and very friendly and helpful host!! Highly recommend.

Perfect location. Accommodation was very comfortable. Had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Access to the secure garden was ideal with the kids. The house was spotless. We had a wonderful week at Lorna’s lodge. The weather was favourable, and it was the ideal escape from city life, letting us truly relax and feel at home. Our dogs had a blast on the walks and loved swimming in the Spey. The lodge’s peaceful location was just what we needed,Highly recommend.

This is a beautiful part of Scotland,all the walks that are local are beautiful. It’s a great base to have because there are lots of places within 30-45 minutes. The village is beautiful and we will be returning. Watch the shinty when you are there …

Alisa's cabin was the cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed in! We had campfires every night watching the highland coos! We hiked in the woods behind the cabin and enjoyed everything about this stay! I will be recommending big sky lodge to everyone!

Highly recommend!! Beautiful lodges in a stunning location. Close to lots of tourist attractions. We loved watching the animals from the lodge and from the hot tub! We stayed with our son who loved exploring

Perfect sanctuary. It was everything we needed to escape life for a few days. Everything was pristine. The views were amazing. The neighbouring sheep had lots of entertaining chat and it was enclosed for our dog. We will definitely return in the future.

Really lovely and peaceful spot, log burner inside was absolutely perfect. Unfortunately we couldn’t get the shower working so braved a cold shower with a view but was a beautiful location and perfect stop for us doing the NC500! Thanks for having us and being so responsive/ helpful 😊

What an amazing location. Right on the Loch just like the photos. An easy walk (100m) down to a stone beach where you can swim. We had a drink on the balcony each evening enjoying the view and the serenity. Even had a visit from the pine marten. There were two other lodges close by, but they are all private and well separated. The location is a little remote, but that was a big plus for us. We found the quality of produce in the region exceptional so decided to cook during our stay and maximize the time we had to enjoy the location. The kitchen has all you need to cook for yourself. There are places to eat in the area if you want to eat out. The lodge was very clean and well laid out. Dermot is super responsive and leaves detailed instructions for everything. We would happily return.

The wee love nest was so cosy and beautifully decorated. The attention to detail is like nothing I've seen before! Just such a beautiful place to be and nice little walks in the surrounding area. The hot tub was absolutely wonderful and the hosts were incredibly welcoming and easy to chat to! 100% will be back in the future!
