Holiday rentals with a patio in River Oaks, Houston

Everything was awesome ,but the bottom of the tub was dirty, and the toilet filled very slowly I lost the # and sent him an email him and asked him to call me and he didn't get back to me this time ,and I feel that should be taken care of,I fill I due some kind refund. Other than that I loved the place, everything but that was very clean .

Comfy, clean and safe stay! Bed and linens were so comfortable and soft. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. The aircon worked well and we loved the outdoor sensor lighting all the way to the door, which made it so much easier to find our way in the dark. Richard communicated extremely well and was very accommodating. Highly Recommend!!

One of our favorite parts was the patio, which overlooks the pool and made for a perfect spot to relax with a coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening. The location was also a huge plus—there’s a good taco joint right in the building! Walking distance to NRG. Super convenient and delicious. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-located stay. Would definitely come back.

Great stay! Gabriel was really polite and responsive! It smelled clean and look nice! Clean pool and hot tub! Only thing I would say is the tv was kind of small but I also didn’t have my glasses so yea lol, but I would definitely stay again! Thanks again for an awesome stay!

Kyla’s place was perfect for my best friend and I’s weekend getaway. The location was prime, unit itself inviting and clean and amenities top notch. Loved the rooftop! Best of all was Kyla’s kindness and great communication. Thank you for everything! We’d definitely be back

Excellent stay! I felt right at home and was easily able to work from Yvonne’s place while visiting family in Houston.

We can’t say enough good things about our stay. It’s just what we needed; quiet, comfortable and restorative. The area is interesting and very walkable. We saw many neighbors jogging and walking their dogs while we were out. We cooked all our meals so I can’t speak to area restaurants, but there are numerous weekend farmer’s markets near by. Odalo is a caring, compassionate soul, a wonderful host and person.

We really enjoyed this home. It has great decor and the pool was very relaxing. Local to tons of great spots.

Andrew’s place was fantastic! It was exactly what hubby and I needed for little quick getaway! It’s about 10 minutes from downtown so easy commute to anything “Houston”. We were in town to see Nate Jackson so we only had about a 9 min commute to our venue which was great! We ate at our favorite breakfast spot “Toasted Yolk” which was also only about a 8 min commute. Andrew was also always very responsive for any questions/concerns we had! Andrew’s place is exactly as it’s described, the backyard space is impeccably decorated and provides many different seating and lounging options. You have the option to use the bikes in storage (we didn’t, simply because we were just loving the backyard - we’re outdoors people) but definitely take a ride if you’re free and explore! The neighborhood is up and coming and very quiet, we definitely felt safe. The security/privacy fence also adds to that level of comfort as well. All in all if you’re ever in the Houston Area book Andrew’s place!

Great place to stay, Tammy was extremely responsive and understanding to any questions or additional requests we made. The place is beautiful, well equipment and the location was ideal as we needed to travel to different parts of Houston. Great dinner spots withing a 5-10 minute drive.

The place was beautiful and peaceful. Lots of space to hang out, I loved the set up. Host was very helpful and friendly. Host was also extremely generous and provided a little treat for our trip as it was our honeymoon the host made it a point to make the stay great. The host was also great with communication and gave us extra information and kept us up to date with timeline on check in. Host checked in to make sure we were having a great stay as well as being sure we knew we could reach out and let them know of anything that could be done to improve the quality of our stay. Overall very happy with our stay.

I would definitely recommend staying at this property! Not only is the property, beautiful, but the level of attentiveness that Erik has as a host makes the stay 10 times better. We experienced a lot of difficulty with Airbnb customer support and Erik went as far to call them himself and get it situated for us. We are now getting to enjoy his other beautiful property as we are waiting for our home, and he made sure we had a seamless checkout and transition into the other property When coming to Houston I would not recommend staying with anybody, but Erik. The home was spotless, had tons of natural lighting. Lastly, the pool table and smart TV’s kept us occupied during our stay!

It's a beautiful, large, top-floor condo with balcony overlooking the pool, and close to the Houston Medical Center. There's nothing else I could find that is this good in the area. And Joseph's very responsive and friendly. I highly recommend it and we'll likely stay there during future visits.

We had a great stay at Sharif’s place! The home was absolutely beautiful, honestly even better than the photos. Everything was super convenient, and the rooms and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. We had a small issue checking in with the door lock, but Sharif was super responsive and helped us out within minutes, which we really appreciated. The location was perfect for our event at NRG Stadium—it was walkable or just a super quick drive, and being right around the corner from the parking lot made things even easier. We loved our stay and will definitely be back next time we’re in town for an event! 5 STARS!!!!! <3

The property was in a great location and convenient for jobs in the energy corridor. The rooms were spacious and clean. Finally, Min was quick to get back to me if I had any questions or problems.

We love the place. It’s nice and very clean. The great thing is very very close to Vietnamese food restaurants and market. Definitely book again if come in Houston im the future I would recommend it.
