Nannerth Ganol is an old 16th Century farm. On our site we have The Cottage, main Longhouse with large garden and workspace for creatives. Our accommodation is busy with cyclists, walkers and music and media workers. Head into the Elan Valley and surrounding area directly from our location. It hosts people from the music industry who have come here to write/record . We are very isolated , so perfect if you want to get away from everything. You can relax/create or go explore. The Garden House is a peaceful stone cottage set in the historic gardens of High Glanau Manor, the home of H. Avray Tipping (1855-1933) the Architectural Editor of Country Life Magazine from 1907. High Glanau Manor is an important Arts & Crafts house set in 12 acres of gardens designed in 1922. The gardens retain many original features including formal terraces, octagonal pool, glasshouse, pergola and 100 ft long double herbaceous borders. There are spectacular views to the Brecon Beacons

Lower Green has been a working cattle farm for three generations. Glyn was born here, the youngest of seven siblings. We opened Orchard View 14th century cottage to guests because we wanted people to experience what we experience every day, the peace, the dark skies, the particular stillness .The spring water still runs cold and clean. The owls are still in the oak trees. The fields still look the way they did when the drovers passed through. We've tried to change as little as possible."
