Cabin holiday rentals in River Shannon

Cabin was beautiful, comfortable and very private. The view and surrounding area is very picturesque. Hot tub was lovely and we really enjoyed our stay.

We had a lovely stay at Hillside. Seamus is a superb host, and a gentleman. There were a lot of little extras, and attention to detail we did not expect. We will be back.

Lovely spot, with quick and easy check in. Very private and peaceful. The hot tub was lovely. Bed was very comfy and the complementary wine was delicious. Great for a relaxing getaway to unwind. Would visit again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Lorcan’s place. It was so beautiful. The views were incredible. Instructions were clear and Lorcan was quick to respond to any questions we had. The hot tub was lovely and I really couldn’t recommend this place more.

This lovely cabin is perfect for a few nights away, a little out the way of most things but that's the beauty of Sam and David's place is we felt completely relaxed and treat to completely shut off! the hot tub was a amazing feature and waking up to see two little goats next door :) we found we had completely privacy even though we were just behind too. David was there to weclome us and show us around the cabin, and sam was very quick ro respond, 100% would recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay at Kamile’s cabin in Killarney! The wood-fired hot tub was such a relaxing treat it was warm and ready for us when we arrived, which was a lovely welcome. During our stay, we chose to light the hot tub ourselves and picked up timber from O’Sullivan’s Shop near Beaufort Bridge. Kamile provides everything you need, including fire starters and a lighter, and even offered extra towels, though we had brought our own. The cabin itself is beautifully set in a peaceful location, not far from the stunning Gap of Dunloe, which we visited on our way out highly recommend! The experience was smooth and cozy from start to finish. A great Airbnb in a fantastic setting would definitely stay again!

Deborah and Kevin are absolute angels. They welcomed me in after a rough experience I had earlier in the day and sat with me while we shared the afternoon sun and stories together. Waiting for the hot tub to heat up. Which was an amazing addition and just the relaxation I needed. It was such a beautiful stay, the woods are so stunning and the animals around made it extra special. The cabin itself was a perfect size, had everything you could need and the bed was massive! Thanks again guys, all the best x

This was my second visit certainly not our last the privacy was the main aspect for us and the peaceful surroundings, and we had everything we needed little cupboard etc towels etc fresh smelling bed linen , I’ve been to a few cabins in different places and this outdone them all and was affordable

We had a lovely in the cosy cottage. We had homemade bread,eggs,butter and milk which we enjoyed during our stay. Peter recommended local areas to explore and also provided 2 routes to follow which covered some fantastic villages And scenery. Recommendations were particularly good for dog walking as we had our puppy with us. Peter also cooked a wonderful 3 course meal which we thoroughly enjoyed. We'd a lovely stay in Ursula's place. It was the perfect get away spot, full of quirks and charm, with fabulous views overlooking Fintra Bay. Our stay was very peaceful and our pup loved it too!

Great place to stay for a night. Nice quiet setting in a location that was perfect for us.

Lovely house, very spacious, clean warm and welcoming. Lots of space for the 6 of us. Tons of other door space for entertaining and just chilling. Welcome basket of food was brilliant. We only stayed one night, as our time was short, but it would be a brilliant base for touring around the area. Would definitely recommend to friends and return to explore more. What a special place to stay! The house has been furnished with great attention to detail and lots of lovely ideas. It's a real little estate, romantic with beautiful gardens and outdoor seating areas. You mustn't be afraid of loneliness. We were there as a couple and felt very comfortable. It is very spacious for two, but you don't feel lost. It is possible to stay here with several people, but you should be aware that the house has an open-plan layout. For us, it was perfect! The kitchen is very well equipped and everything is cosy! You can really sense that the hosts have furnished it for themselves and use it themselves. It feels like a real home. The bathroom with the shower is particularly worth mentioning. Very cool design! It was by far the best shower we had during our trip around Ireland! A place with character in the heart of the Irish countryside, where you feel completely at ease and can truly escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Rating: highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay in the cabin, beautiful spot in the mountains, and a gorgeous walk to the village for dinner through the woods trail. Great location for visiting the caves and the local archeology. Bats flew around the porch at night and we had a welcome visit from a local cat which the kids loved.

Brilliant wee spot in an ideal location , all the utilities and equipment you could possibly need with the added Bonus of a brilliant little Sauna. Will definitely be back

We stayed at Isabelle’s place for a long weekend. The chalet was absolutely lovely and a short walk from the beach. Isabelle and Eoin were really kind and helpful and let us check in early which was appreciated after an early flight! Will definitely be returning, thanks to both of you for looking after us!

Lovely stay at the cabin, perfect location and Brigit and John were so friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. Cabin is great, huge shower, comfortable lounge area and stocked with all the items you could need. Thanks again for a great stay! ☺️

Orchard Lodge is situated in a quiet woodland area, close to Terryglass, where there is a good eating pub (the Derg Inn). The Lodge has comfortable beds, excellent bathrooms and kitchen, and is tastefully decorated. Aoife is a warm. responsive and friendly host.

The Coop is a great place for you to stay if you are looking for cozy, peaceful spot to stay for a few nights. I felt right at home there and wished I could've stayed longer. It was in an easy location to find and to be based in for my outdoor activities in Glendalough and the surrounding areas in Co. Wicklow. Eunice is a great host and checks on you to ensure you have everything. I'd recommend staying here.

Mel was very responsive and made sure we were comfortable. We loved the cabin and the scenery, plus the peace and privacy. Enjoyed kayaking, fishing, dip in the lake and the sauna. Too distracted to go near our phones so it was a great detox from them!
