Just back from a lovely few days at Caroilin"s place. Great location, lovely restaurants within a short distance. very peaceful surroundings. The house is lovely and it was fantastic for us to have the dog with us. Would highly recommend.

The rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated — every detail made us feel right at home. We especially appreciated the nice toiletries, fully stocked kitchen, and the thoughtful welcome gifts. Our family truly loved our time there and created some wonderful memories. We hope to return someday!

We had an amazing time at Tracey's. The house is just in the gorgeous village of Easkey with corner shop and pub just in front and very easy walks along the river to the sea. Easkey is convenient for us as we have friends close by but also close enough to Ennischrone and Ballina for some different beaches and shops when needed. The house is very comfortable and had everything we needed for the week, including a lovely gift of fresh bread and milk that was so appreciated after a long drive. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at Mount Congreve, Our accommodation was excellent, clean very, comfortable beds and the interior was beautiful. Mary our host was brilliant, she was very helpful and easy to communicate with when we needed help/ advice. We hope to return in the future again.

We stayed 3 nights in June 2025 with 4 adults. The property and surroundings are amazing. Peaceful countryside setting but with modern amenities. We very much enjoyed the outdoor sitting area and small gas BBQ during the long summer evenings. Marie was friendly and always responsive, even with simple problems (like how to lock the front door). The kitchen was large and well equipped with capsule coffee machine and a nice view of the MacGillycuddy's Reeks. The bedrooms were comfortable with very nice comforters. There was a pellet stove in the living room that we didn't use - as well as TV and WiFi. Bathrooms were modern. Killarney is about a 20-25 minute drive, and Marie provides a list of local restaurants. We instead grilled steaks and enjoyed the views. A great place for the views and easy access to Dunloe Gap / Ring of Kerry / Dingle. A great alternative to staying in Killarney / Kenmare / Tralee.

I will miss the view. Even if we were less fortunate with the weather, looking at the mountains and the lake in the morning and afternoon was a dream. The way to the house is easily doable with a normal car, but it can take a while when there is a lot of sheep traffic :-) The little bench on the hill by the lake was my highlight. There were only two of us with 2 dogs and we all recovered. The communication was very good and Piero took care of it immediately when needed. Taking the trash to the other side of the lake was something different. We had a good time without TV. Absolute peace, great rainbows, large house, beautiful area. And the great spot by the window was my knitting spot. Patrick also got in touch and actively asked how we were doing, which was great. Sure, one or the other bathroom still needs an update, but you can see that everything is being done piece by piece. Thank you so much for letting us being your guests.

This was a dreamy, safe spot. Huge, private home with massive glass windows overlooking fields of barley. We could see for miles huge clouds and distant hills. After making dinner in the large country kitchen we walked down the quiet dirt road to a huge field and took in the peaceful evening letting the children run around. Every room was large, the bathrooms were all large, and everything was clean and so welcoming. We couldn’t recommend this stay for your family of kids young and old, or a large group of friends for a stay replete with large meals, walks and evening wine on the patio.

my family and I had a great week at the Coach house, and the house was spacious and very well equipped and clean. the main attractions are outdoors! the lake at the bottom of the driveway! the beach, the private hot tub was amazing and so spacious. the games room was fab! everyone loved it, from the adults to the kids, hours of entertainment 😀 highly recommend 👌

was a lovely private spot, hassle free. didn't use the amenities but you would be happy enough chilling here for a quality private retreat

We absolutely loved our stay at Rock Farm Slane! The place is so peaceful, surrounded by nature, making it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. Our dog, Zoe, had the best time exploring the wide, walkable spaces and taking in the beautiful sights. The atmosphere is serene, and it’s a wonderful spot to relax and unwind. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a tranquil getaway—especially for those with pets who love the outdoors! We’ll definitely be back.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What a lovely stay for our family! The estate property is gorgeous and we had a nice lunch at the clubhouse. We didn’t have time to schedule golf on this trip but can’t wait to come again and play. The outside yard and sitting area were very pleasant, quiet and secluded. The home had beautiful and cozy decor. We loved the comfortable beds and bedding. Michelle was a wonderful host and very accommodating. Her details and suggestions for activities and food were perfect. Highly recommend!

We had a beautiful holiday here in the coach house of Kilmokea Country Manor. The coach house is fantastic, full of character and the bedrooms are large and airy with views of peacocks from the windows. The setting is quiet and peaceful and the wild and bountiful gardens are just magnificent to wander through in awe. There is a great tennis court and beautiful swimming pool framed with French Doors and ample changing areas. Emma and Mark were absolutely superb hosts. They are warm, friendly, accommodating and a pleasure to meet around the place. My only tiny note is that I would have liked a list of extra charges in advance - just so I had more awareness of costs I was incurring as I went along. The jacuzzi is extra, as is the sauna, and there is a daily charge for utilities. I am sure this is all in the provided info knowing these careful hosts but I somehow missed these details. Anyway nothing could possibly detract from what is an absolute hidden paradise. Book immediately !!

We couldn't ask for a better stay! The cottage is tastefully decorated and surrounded by this amazing oasis of peace that is the gardens. The perfect location to reconnect with nature! Thanks again! The whole family had a blast including our little one and our dog Jazz! ❤️

Absolutely stunning. Adult family of 6 of us stayed along with 2 babies under 1 and a big dog and we had the most incredible time. The cottage itself is idyllic - huge, beautifully decorated and the best socialising space. We had bad weather the whole week but even so the outdoor area was perfect. Photos don’t do it justice - wouldn’t recommend anywhere and we will certainly be back again.

A beautifully designed small house with wonderful character! The space was so welcoming and cozy, the animals charming and Robert was very accommodating and fun to talk to! We are inspired to build a tiny home of our own, borrowing from some of his excellent ideas…. The cabinet bed, underfloor heating, compact and well-designed kitchen, indirect lighting…. Spotlessly clean and plenty of hot water too. A great stay.

My family loved our stay at Ardcarne Lodge. Brian and his parents were helpful and welcoming, with lots of local recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing, and the lodge itself was utterly charming. We also appreciated the fresh flowers, and the grocery essentials in the fridge. Our stay here was one of the highlights of our trip to Ireland!

Fabulous stay. House was beautiful and had everything we wanted for our trip. Hot tub was a definite highlight. Very comfortable with spectacular views. House is down a narrow country lane so just be aware of that. Would recommend highly for a lovely relaxing stay.

I absolutely loved my stay at the lodge. It really is the most gorgeous place and is surrounded by woodland to one side and rolling hills to the other. I needed somewhere to escape to for a relaxing weekend away and this couldn’t have been more perfect - it’s so cosy, comfortable and the attention to detail is just wonderful - it felt like home (a very beautifully styled version of home) and I didn’t want to leave. The gardens are lovely too - lots of different spots to relax and enjoy the sunshine and the sound of the birds and the river. Ken was a lovely host - he organised some food and drink for me for when I arrived so that I didn’t have to worry about shopping. He shared recommendations of things to do and checked in with me during my stay to make sure all was ok. I really did feel thoroughly spoilt!

Our family had the most wonderful stay at Bernie’s cabin. The location was stunning, the cabin well outfitted with everything we could need, and the most gracious host and dogs to welcome us. This stay was an absolute highlight of our trip. Bernie even went out of her way to help make my daughter’s birthday (which was our first day) special. We are so glad we found this place and would love to return one day!

We had a great stay at the cottage. It was truly a unique experience staying in this traditional Irish cottage. Views were beautiful and a private trail to see the cliffs offered unbelievable views of a portion of the cliffs not visible from the visitor center. Greatly appreciated the supplies for building a fire, the wine and chocolates. Thanks for a great stay!
