A lovely cottage, which was very clean and comfortable. Lovely comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen with everything we needed.

Gillian‘s house was beautiful. Located in the Hastings old town. Nice quiet location lovely views lovely garden great accommodation everything that you needed was provided.

Stayed with my adult daughter and my maltese terrier fifi from Thursday to Sunday last week .. two min walk to old town which was buzzing with bars , pubs n restaurants .. lots dog friendly too .. the bakery 2 shops away from the gallery was to die for .. Jane kindly left a bottle of wine , milk and croissants which was such a nice touch .. we had beautiful weather too which was a bonus !! Thankyou Jane for a truley wonderful stay in your gallery garden flat we loved it and the lil courtyard garden was lovely in the mornings having coffee outside .. honestly too many positives to mention !! We are quite particular about where we stay when travelling around, and I’ve got to say, this property is a superb example as to how “AirBnB” should be done! It’s to an exceptional standard , with much thought and attention to detail into the essentials and nice to haves a guest may require. The fit out is superb, the location is as equally superb. Immaculate throughout, something we look for when booking a property to stay at. All in all, a superb stay, great value for money and we will most definitely be back again. We had a wonderful stay at Nicola’s flat. The space was beautifully presented and spacious - even more so in real life than the photos show - and was very clean. Nicola was also accommodating with our arrival time and offered great local recommendations. We hope to stay again!

Wonderful stay in a lovely location. We stayed during the week so it was quieter which was good as my dog was with me and can be reactive but did surprisingly well. Being in old Leigh was lovely and right by the beach. I found parking really easy in the area and not expensive. Loved my stay and would definitely recommend.

I visited the Crab Shack for a long weekend with my Daughter (8) and our little dog... We had a wonderful time! The Crab Shack is a very comfortable place to stay, well located for a short walk into town, with all the amenities we needed. The shower and toilet facilities, a very short walk from the yurt, were impeccably clean and the water runs fast and hot in the showers. The local independent pubs in town are friendly, serving good food and drink at a reasonable price, and we were lucky enough to find live music being performed each night. Would strongly recommend taking the short (20 minutes) drive to West Wittering Beach for a beautiful day out... Pizza from Pecorino in East Wittering was fabulous too.

Have just come back from a 3 night stay. Caravan is clean, tidy and homely with a modern touch. Its in a perfect spot for children as there is a small park right outside within eye shot. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are hoping to come back again! Kerry was in contact throughout when needed and replied to any queries quickly. Thankyou 45 Seaview! Becca and family.

We were initially worried about our trip to Camber and Rye since we were travelling by train and had all our bags on us. However, Rebecca was super responsive and accommodating and made our trip a breeze. We were close to the beach and it was easy to get to Rye by bus. However, if you don’t have a car, the park itself is poorly lit so I wouldn’t recommend arriving as late as we did because we did get a little lost!

Amy was a great host, providing the required details in good time and offering assistance if and whenever required. The caravan was perfect for us, 7 people in total. It was clean, tidy and had all the utilities needed. The caravan is located close enough to the main facilities but far enough away from them as to not be disturbed by noise. The site itself was clean with friendly staff happy to help. We had a great stay and should we return to Hastings, we would definitely use Amy’s caravan again if available. Thanks Amy.

We had a great break at Bev's caravan! It was very dog friendly, and our boy Arlo settled in nicely on the provided dog bed. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and it was nice there is a big storage cupboard in the main bedroom to hide all the bags away. The TV took some getting used to (Roku), but it was nice to have in the evenings. We played a couple of the games - thank you! The part of the site you are on is tucked away (so far from the entrance), but we loved the quietness of it all, and the lovely views over the fields. Would definitely return (when it is not so hot - as got very warm in there in mid-June).

A fantastic week staying in an idyllic cottage just on the outskirts of the New Forest. We loved exploring the towns and villages nearby, some recommended by Mandy in the helpful handbook provided. The house was quirky and we loved exploring the huge record and book collection in the house, and our son loved spotting all the various plants and fruit growing in the garden! Mandy also provided a baby cot and monitor for our baby, which was excellent and saved us bringing our own down. The cottage was a great home base for us to come back to, especially after attending a wedding into the early hours. The surroundings are excellent and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again here if we visit the New Forest again!

We have just returned home after a week at Beach apartment. The location was ideal, just across the road from the beach & an easy level walk into Hastins. The apartment was spotless & equipped with everything you could need for your stay. Huge windows overlooking the sea made the apartment very light & airy. The view was wonderful being so close to the sea. Communication with Sarah was excellent with any queries we had being answered promptly. There is no parking at the property but we could stop to unload the luggage & Sarah had suggested locations to park which were within 5 minutes walk. We didn't need to pay as plenty of free roadside parking within that 5 minutes walk. Plenty of good place's to eat close by. We found the bus service in the area to be very good & used it for days out to Rye & Eastbourne. Rye is a very pretty town, great for a day out. We had a great holiday & wouldn't hesitate to return to Sara's apartment if we return to Hastins in the future.

Had a lovely few days at the apartment . Easy to find with great directions and communication from Wendy . Fantastic location , close to everything loved the old town and fish and chips at Maggies . The apartment itself was very well equipped with everything that was needed during the stay , lovely and clean . Overall a lovely trip , would highly recommend 🤩

A great place to stay to access Hastings. Right on the waterfront which was lovely, accommodation was exactly as described. Only slight issue was parking which was accurately described in the listing and free parking was found a short walk away, overall not a major issue and didn’t impact the stay

The flat was so big and had everything we (family of four) needed. The sea view from the front room was amazing and all facilities, towels and bedding were super comfortable. A perfect location with everything on our doorstep to keep kids and parents entertained! The Mediterranean restaurant downstairs was so good too. Anthony’s communications and check-in instructions were brilliant. Would definitely love to return for another stay.

Kimberley's place is an unexpected delight. As soon as you walk in the apartment door you are hit with the 'WOW!' factor - it is truly stunning and the attention to detail is next to none. She has created a tranquil haven of bohemiam beauty, with everything you could possibly need for a stay by the sea. The location itself was perfect - within easy walking distance of everything in Hastings and St Leonard's, and with a gorgeous view of the ever-changing seascape. Kimberley was the most thoughtful and responsive host and had considered absolutely every tiny detail for guests. We loved our stay and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay somewhere special with buckets of character! Thank you Kimberley 😌

I messaged prior to booking with some questions and Clare and Alex responded extremely fast, they even enquired with a taxi company as to whether they would do the journey to and from a wedding for us! Communication after booking was fab with really clear instructions. Upon arriving the place was really well presented, had everything we need. As an extra special (and much appreciated!) touch there was milk, coffee, tea, sugar and some chocolates! The bed was super comfy and the place had alot of storage for our clothes. We would definitely stay again and would recommend it to everyone!
