Holiday rentals with a patio in Riverside, Jacksonville

Great place to stay while visiting family in the area. Beautiful view of the river, walkable location to shopping and eating in the area. Only two things worth mentioning is there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom, and the ice maker on the fridge wasn't working, but there were 2 ice trays in the freezer. Other than that the place was clean, the AC worked great on the hot days, everything was well stocked. We hope this is available next time we come down.

Ashley’s place was great! It was conveniently located near a Walmart, gas stations, and the highway. The amenities were exactly as described. The pool area and gym were clean, well maintained, and peaceful to use. The apartment itself was spotless. Ashley was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this location to others.

Wow the studio is amazing, a lot bigger than I expected as well. And Camy was great accommodating my stay at the last minute. Great place and great host. Looking forward for my next trip to Jacksonville and I’ll for sure came back to stay in Camy’s studio. :)

Loved the salt water pool! AC units are all outside the bedroom and were kinda annoying- but I had my white noise machine and they weren’t that bad. Felt safe. Comfy space. The water quality is not the greatest but that’s out of the hosts hands. Great for the one night stay we needed it for. Pots and pans could use improvement. Otherwise all good. Hosts were responsive.

Jennifer’s place was perfect for our needs. Great location near the hospital’s and many restaurants, grocery, drug store. She was very responsive and met all our needs.

This was my second time staying at Rachael’s place and it was just as great as the first. She’s super responsive and her home is the perfect spot for my family and friends to relax while we’re in Jax. Can’t wait for stay number three!

5 Stars – Wonderful Stay! Yuriy was a fantastic host—very attentive and quick to respond to any questions I had, which made our stay smooth and enjoyable. The home was extremely clean, comfortable, and felt just like home from the moment we arrived. My family and I especially loved the pool—it was a highlight of our trip! We had a great time and will definitely be booking this rental again for future visits to Jacksonville. Highly recommend!

Autumn didn’t miss anything. The kitchen had every pot, pan and casserole dish. The home was stocked well with upgraded appliances. I felt right at home and enjoyed the space tremendously!

We were in town for a baseball tryout and this was the perfect place for us and our boys. The home was exactly as described, beds were comfy and everything was clean when we arrived. The backyard was perfect for relaxing, with a great fire pit and pool table, and we even caught a couple good size bass in the lake behind the home. Mac was super responsive to our questions and incredibly helpful. Would recommend!

We had an excellent stay! Hai Uyen was very accommodating and the home was great for a family.

This place was spotless. Neighborhood was quiet and we felt very safe. I judge by the mattress and I can say my back is pain free today! Aldo was nice and even let us know that it would be ready for early check in if we needed it. We didn’t cook anything but the kitchen was super clean. I will be booking here again! It’s really close to great dining and shopping, as well. ***Thank you for being a 5 star host! ***

The condo is beautiful and the ocean view makes it the perfect place for a beach vacation. The home was clean and very comfortable and the hosts were communicative with us! If I’m back in the area I would definitely stay here again. I recommend this condo to anyone looking!

Location is perfect, walking distance to the beach and restaurants. There’s Private parking and the apt has umbrella, chairs and beach towels. Host really think about everything! Highly recommend

My family two babies and a dog stayed here for a long weekend trip. It accommodated all of our needs and was easily located to pool beach. The park right next door was ideally the best part for babies and dog. Would stay here again

I had an amazing stay at Missy and Scott’s place, I traveled for work and felt both at peace and right at home every evening I was there. They went above and beyond to ensure everything needed for a great stay was available, whether it be the basics such as laundry detergent or the fine details such as dimming lights in every location of the house. I would highly recommend anyone staying in the area to consider Missy and Scott’s place!
